    The detail you give in comparing the lots is priceless, especially if the buyer to liaison agent is not from California. This information paired with the tours that Enes give would make a really complete tour team

    Thanks for the video. As of December 2022, the home is listed as $63M. I agree with your comments other than price. I would gather that $48-55M is the range. And being a buying of this calibre, its on our shortlist.

    In about 80% of cases even with the best advise you'll be around 10% off from its "true value", i.e. either over- or under-paying.
    Does it matter? Well depends on how long you intend to hold the property. Just look at the Geffen property. If he was like 10-20% overpaying back then, then he still is in for a decent return 20 years later.

    What area is better, holmby or holmby 2.0 (right SW of grestone mansion - doheny rd, mountain dr etc)?
    The latter is closer to the rodeo trianlgle.

      I wish you could review this house/castle when the new owner completes it: 27 Rough Road, Sagle, Idaho. It's on the same lake on which I live and the real estate broker with whom I work gave me a tour of it right before it closed a couple of weeks ago.

      Most bachelor Men would agree with you, the problem is women are the bigger decision maker on the style of the home specially the interior and they like lighter colours so developers stay away from dark interiors unless they are designing a bachelor pad

    Why are the showers so big and spacious? and I'm just saying the shower space, it seems like the whole family takes baths together ha ha ha

    if people think the Weekend bought that himself, they're foolish. He is not worth 60 million dollars for one purchase, then has a jet, then has gold, diamonds. Their sugar daddys lend it to them.

    The house itself is fine---looks as though the rear area of the house was forgotten about---not the structure but the grounds I think by in large most properties of this magnitude are over priced by 10 to 20%---One day houses of 10,000 sq ft and above will not be nearly as in demand as now---People think they need all that space and find out they really don't
