Morning drink - warm water
Breakfast - 2 bread slice 1 egg omelette with 1cup tea or 2 boiled egg with tea.
Lunch - fruit chat or vegetable salad add dryfruits.
Dinner - Dal Rice sabji or whatever u make
Night drink - jeera ajawain saunf water

After a hour. Take some fruits in breakfast.
Drink water .
And add some salds in u r meal .
Before sleeping walk for 20 mins
Ur fast 5 or 6 kg will lose very easily

That loose skin won't go away easily for that you have to do exercise for some time to tighten your skin
Build muscles and do resistance training, it will help somewhat. Totally it won't go.
