I’ve been stuck in my workout journey for over a year, I don’t stick to my diet, I hardly go gym 3 times a week, I don’t drink enough water nor sleep for more than 5-6 hours because I think deep down I genuinely don’t believe in myself. I don’t think I can change, I’ve not seen myself that way, can’t even imagine honestly but your story has genuinely inspired me. It’s exactly 6 months before this year ends and this is my goal now. I am really motivated by your journey and how simple you kept it, how beautifully you explained everything. Thank you so much. 🥹
My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ruclips.net/user/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.
On February 2022 I weighed 73 kgs... After doing IF for 7months now.. I have come to 60kg...it works but together you have to see the nutritional intake as well.
This is great stuff, thanks for posting! I really like your fitness journey. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? It hits hard to me now lockdown have changed soo much positive in everyone's life here I am I was 55kg before lockdown and then in lockdown my routine changed i became that much lazy that literally sleep for 12-13 hr may be more and whole day use social media Netflix and just laying whole day on my bed and now also not able to get back to my original routine i gained soo much weight From past 2 yrs . And still having zero motivation to do anything about that . can't figure out anything 🤦🏾♀️
begin with one thing at a time and you do not need to attempt everything. Find what works for you and stick with it. Imagine yourself 3 months from now if you stay consistent. This applies to every other technique and working out, work out speeds up the process but since laziness is what stops you I won't write about that. I do not hold certifications for what I'm suggesting but these are simple harmless lifestyle changes that I've got to know of through a lot of reading and researching. Try, you can go back anytime but know that people regret not trying to get a fit body earlier as they age. Quit sugar, if you're able to do this successfully, you'll not want to go back to eating sugar by yourself later :) quit refined flour as your next step, packaged food items, fast food whatsoever. Keep cheat meals once a week if you find it too difficult but do not give up try to skip sugar for 3 weeks, atleast. Start IF. Choose your fasting window. See what fits into your routine. It seems difficult but is easier than quitting sugar, seriously. Keep a gap of 12 hours if you find it too difficult. This won't always be difficult but this is a lifetime change not an experiment. Start chewing you food, for real. In case you've noticed, we usually gulp down rice and noodles and even roti, we eat with some sort of distraction and we're always in a hurry to finish whatever is on the plate in order to rush for something sweet. If you're lazy for every step out there, PLEASE sit alone whenever you eat, break your food into tiniest of bites and chew each of them untill they get watery. This sounds childish and a waste of time but try this you'll see the results in 10 days. You can eat absolutely without any replacement if you're able to incorporate this habit in you routine for each of your meals. This would significantly decrease your appetite naturally and serve you the purpose you desire alongwith making you healthier, without working out. Let go of the other factors, begin with something for your fitness because it will serve you throughout life. I've waited too long in the absence of motivation before I started because I felt the same way.. there's no end to that, begin.
I'm leaving this comment on this video on 7 October. I'll comeback again on 7 April .I hope I will also loose 20 kgs till April 7 ... Wish me luck guys 🤞🏻
This was so inspiring, motivational and so so positive. I am also working on this weight loss journey and watching this video has filled me with positivity and empowered and encouraged me that I can also do it
To all the people doing IF..let me clear one thing..its imp for you to know…there’s no doubt you will lose weight but the thing is that when you lose weight you will not get the nutrients what are you getting through your food because you are cutting down many foods so when you have lost weight your face will look very dull and you have seen many influencers like she.. Deeksha Khurana only and Aashika Bhatia they have lost a tremendous amount of weight but have you seen the face that looks so dull… I have done intermediate fasting I have lost 7 to 8 kgs in just 2 months and again a very important thing when you stop intermediate fasting you will have a lot more cravings and you will increase your weight so think before you doing out you will lose your weight through fasting no doubt but everything has pros and cons! Just eat healthy …eat timely as you do in IF and avoid junk..best if you can work out along with this!
I absolutely completely agree with you! More power to Deeksha for losing her weight but doing IF without enough information/misinformation and just because you saw some friend or influencer do it is not going to give someone the same results. A person doing IF loses weight but ends up losing health as well. The body starts to consume energy from our body parts and all organs will be energy deficient resulting in constant flight or fight mode for the body. This way the hormones get disrupted and one can never expect their mood, menstrual cycle etc. to get better. Breakfast, is, was and will be the most important meal of the day and how much ever research proves that IF does this/that, it will always have side effects. As you said, eating the right food, at the right time and working out consistently can give someone the exact same results in a few months itself. People opt for tactics like IF because they don't want to put in the energy, discipline and consistency that goes into exercising. Exercising is even more important than a diet, and once you stop calling 'normal ghar ka khana' diet, that is the day you detach yourself from the fact that staying hungry can make you slim.
Hey deeksha diiiI. Firstly lots love and respect. Following you from past 5-6 yrs now. Seen your journey getting inspired . You are true influencer. You made a impact. Chubby was not an issue but been fit and healthy feels great. I am such huge fan you guys. And just want to wish I could meet you one day and hug you both guys. In my humble opinion Everything seems good except for the Coffee part.. In IF only liquids with zero calories is allowed I don’t think Coffee is a good substitute for hunger instead a cup of water or lemonade shud be taken.. Rest kudos to ur efforts n U looked beautiful then & beautiful now 🥂🥂
Hey! Coffee actually is a great thing to add when doing IF. I researched on it well enough. Black coffee is acts like a detoxing agent in general so it's safe to have it during your IF.

I could relate to so many points you mentioned like when I eat more i feel lethargic, no motivation for gym at all ... Thank you for sharing ❤
This was so inspiring, motivational and so so positive. I am also working on this weight loss journey and watching this video has filled me with positivity and empowered and encouraged me that I can also do it
You looked beautiful back then and you look even more beautiful now. ❣️ Kudos to your will power and determination 🔥👏 great job Dee 👏👏
I love you can't even explain how i waited for this
Welcome back Dee🌸✨
Exercising is even more important than a diet, and once you stop calling 'normal ghar ka khana' diet, that is the day you detach yourself from the fact that staying hungry can make you slim.
agreeed
I also agree with you kushi....

hii... m wellness coach i can help yoy with nutrition ... contact me if u really want to fat loss...
If you are a pear shaped body its not going to change the body type no matter what you do
Thigh fat only goes with leg wrkout….squats, lunges, leg press, leg curls etc…only diet will not hlp to shred those fat☺️
True that, pear shaped body is not going to change how ever you can tone your body and look healthy and fit
@@krishah2798 that's wrong pear shaped body will damn looking good if We're at CORRECT WEIGHT...if we get a little extra weight we'll end up looking aunty

But recently i started working out and i feel good i haven't lose much weight yet but i feel good more energetic and saw your video now if you can then i can also ❤
Finally... was waiting for so long 😩
Being from a jain family... My last meal of the day is at 6:30 PM.. And the next day i take a meal around 8 in morning..
Will try to increase it till 9 am..
My weight is 64 and i eat a lot of unhealthy food.. But now a days everything is under control.... Will update after a month....
thanks diksha! i love this video.
Have seen so many videos on weight loss journey
But yours omg this is so freakin real nd motivating and quite easy as compared to others
Lots of ❤
So proud of you❤ you are an ideal for many if us🥺🦋
