Your a hero dude in my eyes, wish i had this back in 96, i dreamed of just touching the rim. The dream never died and my training never stopped. So once again im back and at 41 i think i can do it.

2:44 watching that in 0.25x speed is actually nuts. power cleaning 225 lbs at like 144 lbs bodyweight is CRAZY. I'm 192 lbs and I can barely power clean 165 lbs lmao
Watch out doing the striding jumps indoors. Try to do it on a soft surface to save your knees like natural grass

Have you considered having your dunk sessions on a low rim during intense cycles? It looked like you weren't even jumping high enough to dunk at 4:37 so wouldn't finishing dunks on something like 9'6 actually be more beneficial during those cycles?
I would've definitely did some low rimming instead of these terrible dunk attempts during that time but it was snowy and cold outside haha

I'm looking to start training myself. I was gonna start with 2 poly days and 2 stregthen days a week. I've never really gone to the gym before though any tips on how to start so I do not get hurt?

What’s the rim height?
Guess that's equal to ba 6ft guy dunking on 10'6 which I doubt I would of had any chance at unless I had a perfect lob with a 36 inch running vertical in my prime . Guessing your vertical must be clearly above 40 now consistently. I actually had higher lifting numbers but definitely not pound for pound so relative strength to bodyweight definitely matters. Simone biles is an extreme example.
Man, if you got better at throwing lobs to get the ball to rim level you would 100% be able to hit one handers consistently; catching the ball that low with 2 hands significantly limits your efficiency, and i speak from experience, my max touch is roughly the same as yours (maybe slightly higher), i can dunk fairly consistently and i started dunking with a lower max touch than yours. Throw the ball slightly above the rim and catch it with one hand. Another tip, actively think in the air when you catch the ball and aim for the rim, now you jump high enough and you can afford to not finish the dunk as fast as possible.

If he's getting his wrist a few inches over the rim that should be at least a 10'9 touch, assuming this rim is exactly 10 feet.

There are better ways to recovery then 1 week of doing nothing
