The reason it’s so difficult, is because they have a lot better team overall scaling now, you’ll beat the teams you’re supposed to beat, but you’ll usually have no chance to beat a ranked school as a 2-3 star school.
I took over Ball State and while playing every game, I finished 1-11 first year, 11-1 second season and finished season rank 13 with a bowl win and am currently 3-0 and rank 2 in the country in third season!! Love the channel!! ❤

Imo the most important things to scout are Oline and DLine. If you have a great Oline, your QB and RB will play better almost no matter the rating. Same with defense, if your dline is elite, it makes corners cover better and linebackers attack runs and cover better.
Kenny you can make directional throws too like Leonard for notre dame on the shallow cross. Press receiver icon and joystick towards whatever direction you want the ball in relation to current position of receiver
This program was a ton of fun to watch in the 2000s and 2010s. I still cannot believe NIU didn't build on their Top 25 ranking, a Heisman candidate and Orange Bowl appearance a decade ago and slipped as far as it did.
It's going to be a ton of fun watching this NIU rebuild. I'm currently working on one myself - Macon is a beast of a QB for me, Andrew McElroy and Grayson Barnes are tearing it up and Antario Brown is destroying defenses out of the backfield.

Kenny you gotta remember, the total overall isnt always good. Since you have bad team, you need to play to your players strengths. If you got a speed receiver, he's streaking every play. LBs need at least a 90 speed and above, unless you're gonna user said LB. Also, with difficulties in Sports games, it doesnt make your team equal, it makes them worse in the sliders and just dumber AI, instead of leaving them at 50/50, and the CPU gets all the boosts.
kenny, once you have 3 checks on motivation. you need to take away send the house and hard sell them on those motivations. Make sure you have offered them a scholarship AND i would add DM the player just to get to 50. If you short on points, dont worry about that part
