The last point is something a lot of people underestimate, my vertical has gone up just from thinking about jumping almost constantly
You actually gotta want it that badly to be great
@@RiqB Exactly, you need to be visualizing your goals almost 24/7
most logical person to be followed regarding vertical jump .love from nepal bro

Obsession is the last one, but should be number 1 in importance. I took up volleyball in my late 20s and people think I used to be at least varsity level by the end on the first year. Why? The thought of Volleyball never left my mind.
I went to 5 drop in gyms a week. I spent my off hours working on my approach, setting the ball, and hitting the ball. Just wall training and approaching with intent. After 3 years, people are so confused because they have been playing their entire lives and can't hit like I can.
It can be a curse though. I played until injury and would tape up and keep going. I was basically living with cold baths and saunas to keep my weight down, my joints fresh, and my muscles healthy. It was hard to prioritize other things over it.
Obsession is definitely one of the most important qualities to have to be successful in anything. You gotta be obsessed and also self aware that doing too much isn't always the best option!
Yo bro can u drop the hair care routine 🙏🙏
Do you use the same lifts when you move through the Hypertrophy, Strength, and Power cycles? Meaning if you do back squats for hypertrophy for 8-12 weeks, do you then use that for strength for 8-12 weeks, and finally power for 8-12 weeks? Or do you swap up the lifts based on the cycle you're in?
Hi, I wanna say thanks!!!!…..I mainliy watching isaiah and you for a couple months know and i also did a lot of Research to study all the workout methods and sience behind vertical jump.I trained very hard and today i hit my first clean dunk….thanks
LETS GOOOOO! Good stuff man!
I would love a workout plan you followed.
@@goaliegrizz8925So to break it really down…..When I starded at the really beginning to work out for a higher vertical, I did around 3 months 2 days a week Hypertrophie Training,to build just a base of muscles and strengh and also to allow your body to get used to the new Training And addapt. Inportant to say is,that when you start with Hypertrophie what is a good start you will become slower but dont worry, because all the process will take a fu**ing lot of time and effort. After you build a solid base you should and can start with haevy strengh Training to build a good rate of force Production and Development. And now comes Preriodization…. There are a good video of riqb about that.As i already mentioned, After Hypertrophie Training, you have to start with srengjt Training and many other things line „power Training and strech shortening cycle Training what includes plyometrics.By the way, plyometrics should also be a component in your Hypertrophie training shedule. For strengh Hypertrophie Training i can recommend you the wourkout Routine from dakota rivers (college basketball player),but take the oldest video about his wourkout Routine. And for strengh Training i just can recommend you the workout Routine from riqb,he made a video about that. And I personally also follow riqbs routine but i did some changes and i also added things,so thats the best for me.At the end i just can say to you……Make your own reserch, study all the things if you wanna increase your vert and make sure that I only gave you rough recommendations.GOOD LUCK✌️
@@RiqBBro why

i try to practice my approach on an outdoor court, but it's sometimes slippery, and i don't have an indoor court to practice on, do you have any ideas on getting good grip on the ground so i dont slip
Better shoes or better court
How much does your jump program cost?
How long do I rest between sets and exercise transition? Also how much do I rest between sprints. Your video said 6x30m, so I’m wondering how much I should rest between every set
As much as needed to be explosive on your next set
W vid
Bro if I want to improve my upper body explosiveness. Should I do my exercises explosive too? Like plyo push ups, explosive pull ups etc?
You can do that for sure. There's only so much you can progress with that
@@RiqB how can I progress from it bro? I only do bodyweight exercises. Can you please tell me?
3 strength and 1 weighed plyos and 1 unweighed plyo such as sprint bounding etc is correct for vertical jump plzz reply
plzz reply this guy and 1on1 coaching plzz
That's too much throughout the week
Does a leaner physique attribute to a higher vertical? Or do i need to keep as much muscle as possible
Less weight with strong legs helps
dude your joints must be taking a beating
As long as you train progressively and let yourself recover your joints will adapt as well and grow stronger
What's your country?
What would u say is the best alternativ for power clean if u cant do them?
Maybe trap bar jumps but learn the power clean for the most gains
Snatch grip high pulls
how old are you, bro?
