Was in the same exact situation with my knee pain. I'm at week 2, and even though that subscription made a huge fkg hole in my wallet, I don't regret it
Their programs are one point. Stopped training with them due to big overtraining 3 years ago. The volume is insane (a lot of variety wich lead to super high stress).
Hey bro, is this weekly routine good to increase my vertical? Or is there anything you can change to make it better? Hey bro , im 5'8 7'5 reach and i can touch rim on my best jump but im stuck here iv been doing plyo for about a month how do i increasr my vert i hope u reply
Hey legend, would you tell me how much is your back squat pr and how much you weigh right now ? I have your exact same height and dont know if i need to bulk or maintain
I’d say you don’t have to be a certain weight to squat heavy. My best squat was 305 at only 130-140lbs. The more you squat, the stronger you’ll get over time
Hey dude unfortunately I cannot afford THP and am dealing with some pretty bad knee pain. Same as you I am pretty sure. I am 5'8" and got up to a 36" recently but cannot even squat 100 without pain. I plan to get a job to afford THP soon but for now do you know any where you would recommend for knee pain?
What do you think about the vmo muscle for jumping and can you tell me how many times a week you think I should train now for example I do 2 plyos 1 leg strength and 2 upper body per week
Yo riq b, massive fan bro. im 5ft 5 ( 7ft 2 reach) and I can nearly touch rim (like 2inches of rim). Do u think i could dunk ? I have not done any plyometrics yet but i max jump everyday.
Your vertical is already pretty good. Max jumping everyday isn't maintainable but once you include some proper training with max jumping about 1-2 times a week, you'll see some progress
Same experience I had bad knee pain for 6 months joined THP at the start of the year after 3 months my pain was gone. Now I’m dealing with a different knee issue but THP has helped me to manage it while still being able to jump 😁.
As of now its around 400 per month lol. This is with the Christmas sale. I bought the 3 month for 750 dollars. Without the sale 3 months is 1000 dollars lol😅😅
Figure out your penultimate step (everybodys will be slightly different) make sure you go from slow to fast‚ typically a bigger penultimate step will make you jump a couple inches higher! Make sure your penultimate and block foot are quick. Try running from the balls of your feet. Try different angles when jumping (for example 1 step‚ 2 step etc) make sure to drive your arms back at the same time you block. I'm sorry for the paragraph just tryna help. Also on yt there's a channel called plyomorph he does plyo that you can use

FACTS
@@RiqBBro how did you not get THP for free. You have like 26k subs
@@ABDarabic its not that big compared to where they are haha
@@RiqB My boy you basically free advertisement for them. Could have tried for like half off or sum. Either way happy you getting back
How much did you pay and got how long
"I rather dick ride with no knee pain than struggle to get down the stairs"😭 Too funny, but the facts. Glad you're back to 100% and training again!
It feels good to be back
3 months before the season You know what time it is BABY
Yooo love to see it

Thank you for the sharing. Do you have a recommended training program where I can look for or ever buy for ?

Sick vid I liked it. Btw how heavy do you go on the calves? (Iso, isotonic, both)
For double leg calf raise iso i go at about 180 lbs for 45 sec but for isotonic, I do about 370 lbs
When you mentioned knee pain, what symptoms did you have? Knee stifness? Couldnt bend your leg? Couldnt put weight/pressure on it? Swollen a bit?
aight bro now u in gear 5, keep it going
Man of culture🤝🏽
Yo, glad to see youre healthy and back to dunking. Can i ask you, how many training sessions will you have in a day?
Appreciate you. If you mean per week then its 5-6 times a week, but once a day
@@RiqB wondering can we workout twice a day, like pylo in the morning, explosive lifting in the night
@@jeanyeager4252 Id rather not and i don't see the point
@@jeanyeager4252yes bro. I was doing it when i was training with THP strenght. Needed recovery because of the crazy volume

bro now that you have more knowledge from the coaching can you make a new plyo and lower body workout vid
One day
im 5'9 with a 34 inch vert i can touch the rims but i dont get close to dunking on 10ft do i need to do more explsive or strength training
Well that depends on what you are currently doing. You need to do both strength and plyo
It all depends. You might just need more time. Or you might need to jump more.

There's always gonna be something but at least its helping you learn more about injuries
@@RiqB yeah for sure its unrealistic to never be injured when training hard, just gotta learn about them and how to fix them 😁👍
How much are you paying ? And how often?
@@BobBob-kc3ye it varies, it’s more expensive if you do full service.
@@domidunks what other services are there
Do you use any suplamemta like whey protein or creatine?
Yes both
Im 12 and im Asian I have 22inch vertical jump naturally. can have 40inch vertical jump if I train 3-4yrs?
yes ur at a perfect time too
how long should a jump session be and is having 3 or 4 jump sessions good
3-4 jump sessions a week might be too many. Also it depends on how long youre able to jump at your best
@@RiqB okay thanks I'll do 2 per week

I'm pretty sure he went for the full-coaching one
Full coaching
Now they dont have the cheap anymore lol. They only have full coaching
recently i touched rim for the first time but i form wasnt the best
if i practiced form do you think i coupd hang on rim?
