Hi there. Can you post a video on a routine that is like the main stream of calisthenics? My request being, a main stream routine that focus on flexibility, strength, and body balance. But when tweeked a little, prioritise one thing the most. I hope you get the idea. You can make a general routine that focus on all aspects in one video and follow it up with certain changes to your original routine that prioritise one thing at a time, by the end of the journey you will have a bunch of videos that is sort of tailored to people's priority and taste. To put a little twist, you can maybe poll anime characters for each aspects, one for general physique, and so on... I'll post this comment on all your other videos. So, that you notice this comment.

Throw in 2 or 3 Abdominal Exercises on legday if you wanna be spicy. Leg exercises and Abdominal Exercises work hand in hand extremely well on the same day. What you do doesnt matter, as long as its not crunches (unless you are an absolute beginner then i can live with it)
For example do Planks and Russian Twists for starts. if you are skinny you are gonna see some insane results if you do it regulary for a few weeks.
    I trust in yall

I’m a little sad about my pike pushups. I’ve got the ability to push myself up for sure, but for some reason I just don’t have the flexibility to bend my body that much. It doesn’t really seem like a lot and to most people it isn’t hard to bend their body by a tiny angle, but for me it just hurts really bad when my legs are bent like that. I’m going to try pike pushups as acute of an angle as I can get it, and then work on my flexibility to push it more by stretching out the muscle or tendon or whatever it is that’s being pulled to hard.

I got equipment and all that so i don't really need this but tbh didn't think about getting rings for body weight rows may look into that as i love rows i mainly do chest supported dumbbell rows but body weight is just nicer sometimes when i wanna be lazy and not grab my weights and set up my bench

I love the workout however you made reference to incline pushups when I believe you should have said decline push-ups or elevated push-ups.

Try different grips of pull ups to find what is comfortable and doesn’t give you that sensation (wide/narrow/mid)
