Just the ability to grow and bring life, women should be highly respected. But we’re not. I realized how toxic some men are when I was pregnant, and I was told by the father that I was nothing special bc I was with his child- women give birth everyday. I instantly realized the complete disregard and disrespect for women in general at that moment.
I was taught to lie to myself; ignoring the red flags, feeling my life was passing before my eyes, feeling God wasn't going to bless me, that I must have sinned and He was punishing me by not providing a spouse. So I picked a piece of trash up and polished it for 10 years only to find it hurt me and made me sick and it hurt my children too....so I threw it back. God have Mercy on me, for I see what I've done now. :( I will be with you Yah and take care of my children too.

I so need this. I have been overwhelmed last year and I had to ride it out. It affected my mind, concentration, productivity etc. Praying and trying again the next day etc, it still took months. Yes, I lied to myself. At an early age. After 30 something years. I begin to face the truth,my fears an decided to move out of this down position. I can pray better an see better now. Even though I am gotten back on track. He use whatever he can to try to cause me aggravation an hurt still. I am doing those steps an reflecting to get back an stay focused.

As a 48 year old single, black, Christian woman who has never been married with no children, it can get hard in these streets (mentally and emotionally); however, I can say that God is a keeper!
