I used to workout 4-5 a week, I was in a really bad that broke my back in two places. Besides being able to sit up right and walk again…I was in constant severe pain…I finally worked my way up to 3-4 days in the gym then Covid came…gym closed. I lost my muscle tone, my figure and being later in age…I went from shapely to blah because to workout is pain on top of a rigorous work schedule. I felt horrible seeing myself so different in the mirror. I ended up get cosmetic surgery. I don’t care what anyone say about cosmetic surgery….it’s been around forever to help ppl feel better about themselves. My confidence increase so much by looking put together in my clothes. I started back at the gym…I started eating once a day at 5pm to 7pm and I look better than ever. I studied the cosmetics I wanted for 3yrs before because I was struggling. Lipo helped my back pain tremendously. I barely have pain and without the fluff I’m more flexible. To each their own. I’m able to manage myself and lifestyle well, my financial goals are coming along. My focus is to have me together regardless if I marry. It’s my responsibility. ❤ Thank you!🙏🏽

This was great to share. However I must ask, if your not where you want to be financially, how are you able to afford the surgery? No shade, genuine question! I want a tummy tuck due to having children. I lost the weight but whats left is the skin. So I often wonder how are women getting these procedures. I'm not where I need to be financially so I haven't done anything yet.

Single after many years of marriage to someone who was truly cruel and mean to me as a person and woman. Really, learning my own Godly purpose, being whole, and learning calm independence has been a great teacher over the last 6 months. My relationship w/ God is what will truly matter. No man, person or relationship is going to create joy and happiness. I have to be clear on my own purpose God has for me. That will be the only way. It’s intentional living. Whole and virtuous living. It’s been very good for me to obtain my own freedom and happiness, alone and in God. ❤❤

Isaiah 26:3 was my text that I used in my message at a women's empowerment conference this past weekend. The Holy Spirit is amazing with reinforcing spiritual principles that he places on your heart. This is so so valid!!! The hardest for me is the last one...i know it is essential, but it's hard for me to be in total silence at home. I get to shut the noise when I go out for my daily walks, but struggling to do so at home: no tv, no youtube, just silence and meditation. I shall definitely try harder to achieve that level of consciousness.

Not many of us women had any one in our lives who exhibited what a man is! No one protected us or provided for us. We were pushed from our mother's worms & thrust into the world alone. We watched TV & learned from it. We also had older neighbors & relatives who weren't GODLY or righteous at all. It took me many yrs to listen to GOD & realize I was lovable. Thank u Sir for being a father figure for many women & men all around the world!!!

I love the last point about "intentional solitude". I know so many people who are afraid to be alone, gotta have a man or clique to run with always. Alone time is valuable though.
Bishop words effect you as a person. I have an Aunt who body shamed me for years. I started believing her lies now I’m over weight because I believed I was fat when I wasn’t fat or overweight at all. It’s mind over matter. I’m asking God for strength to heal and overcome my weight gain. I believe he will heal me and help me. I’m keep praying and working on me. Thank you for this video

I would love to hear a discussion of what MEN need to know about women and do to make them happy! I want to send it to my son. Considering women DO take on so many masculine roles, I think it would be helpful to remind women all the things that a feminine woman craves, needs and looks forward to as a woman ... from a man.

RC thank you for your encouraging talks...a lot of the time I listen to other preachers that make me feel not entitled to think of self because we need to be grateful for Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross so in other words think of yourself as nothing because we’re sinful creatures..I struggle with self worth as it is had a challenging past divorced now 8 years and still at a cross road of where to go the church has too many comfortable older men (I’m in my 50’s) that prefer to stay single no dates but 4 in the past 7 years it can be discouraging 🥺 I’m working on my journey with God it’s been over 30 years thank you ☺️ please keep sharing
Am glad am doing it right Pastor, i have my six figure online business and am still 26 years old, I dont want to be a girl friend iwanna be a wife and i want aking not the bad boy or the clown. I dont wanna end up broken soul. This world is scary, they dont give a rat ass about women wellbeing. I have seen my mother end up in her grave at age 46 years because of her stupidity and low self esteem.
I was born into grief,x felt it before I knew the word, just that it was a very bad feeling I didnt know the word feeling or words like Happyness!. There were 3 deaths, the favorite baby girl killed by car!. So my mum was greasing for family break up, but she taught me to have lovely days we would save up to Have a lovely Happy day!. But my mum was not but I dont think she was Happy here. She died but God told her she has to come back here !. She got married to please Her Family 👪. But never good enough!.but I am happy to do the Great Commission.x can not imagine family!.

I work in healthcare here in Atlanta. I have noticed that my white, asian, indian, African counterparts are all successfully married while less than 1 handful of black women are single. Why are we all single? Black doctors, nurses, surgeons, techs, janitors are all single. Why are only black women the ones not being properly courted and getting married. This is my observation. Why is it this way in black America culture?
Quick question, when you say "successfully married" do you actually know if they are happy? I also work in healthcare and most of the doctors (all races) I know show "good face" but they are abusive, addicts, in debt, cheaters etc. in their relationships. Just my observation.

@@hs-qk9qf The truth is black women are the least married point blank period no matter how you try to flavor the punch. Our community has a LOT of dysfunction. Much of it is epigenetic trauma, systemic racism and our rebellion against The Most High God.
I am 52 African, (American )you don't know what goes on behind the closed doors. Culturally African like to keep up with the Joneses. Because they stayed married doesn't mean they are happy. Stayed in an unhappy Marriage for 30 years because of the culture. Had to exit for my mental health.
The best way to answer this question is for you to begin a journey. Start within to address any traumas you may harbor and then do some researching on the men you’ve fallen for and their pathology. ✨ Hope this helps sis. *wink wink*

I have known men who claim that women are privileged. When I asked one of them why he thought this, he gave a few reasons, such as women don't have to fight in war etc. Then he added - "and women are happy". He was one of those shallow yet numerous people who equated happiness with therefore being privileged. This video tells it as it is - happiness doesn't bear a great deal of relationship with being privileged in life, it's something which wells up from within in those who do their own inner homework.
