Hello all. I have been dealing with rejection and abandonment issues since I was a little girl, and I am 41. I started my healing journey in 2019, and I can say those two areas have been the hardest for me to bring to a head. I know God sees me trying because I have been getting messages such as this that can only come from and through Him. I'm never giving up on myself because I know healing is my portion. Thank you, Bishop Blakes. Your content has been a big contribution to my healing over the past few months that I started watching your videos and taking your advice. Me too... but what really helped me was to realise that Jesus was even rejected by the Father on the cross (I will never comprehend the pain they felt) so that I can say "Lord You will never leave me nor forsake me." He became rejected in my place by the person He loved the most so we can say, I am accepted in the beloved❤
@kathforbes1724 that's deep and beautiful. I am definitely learning that rejection comes with a blessing if we can learn how to let go of the pain associated with it. It has taken me years to get to this point, and day by day I am understanding the message behind "what the devil meant for bad, God intended it for good to accomplish saving many lives". Bishop Jakes put a video up where he kept saying "it's not about you". I get it. ♥️🙏🏽🥹
I was basically an orphan, made homeless by my own mother but Romans 8 - 14 -17 says "For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. 15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship.[f] And by him we cry, “Abba,[g] Father.” 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs-heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory."
In other versions it says we have come into full acceptance by God! Command your flesh to catch up with Gods Word/Will for thine is the kingdom, power and the glory in Christ Jesus Amen! Your new testimony is that you have been loved since before you were in your mothers womb! Whatever false argument your childhood has tried to present to you is a lie and we pull that down now in the name of Jesus. God sent his angels to guard over me like in Psalms 91 just like He is sending you "messages", therefore I encourage you to declare the word and walk strong because your issues have ended xx

Oooh…. Bringing me to tears because it’s so true. After being accustomed to rejection so much it is so very easy to fall, succumb or just remove yourself all together from relationships and dating. I wonder if you'll cover how to heal from rejection coming from our own biological father. My father missed the marks on most areas. I choose to forgivr him. I'm not sure if I'm 100% sure healed from his rejections. For example: I took my biologically father to visit my aunt & uncle, my aunt complimented me how good I looked. But my father interjected "oh no, she's fat!". My uncle came to my rescue. I also stood up to my dad. It was an awkward moment. Yeah, I always forgive him but I stay away to limit any emotional abuse.
I am sooo grateful for this man smh his lessons with a fatherly approach has and still is helping me daily. Be sure to take notes so you can refer back. ❤ We will get thru this sisters 🙏🏾

This really hit home. You read me like a book. The spirit of rejection is having a debilitating impact on my self-image and confidence.
I isolate myself all the time because I am so fearful of being rejected. I feel like an outcast everywhere I go. I know it’s a lie from the enemy. I’ve got to get out there into the world and walk this out with God.
I second to a comment. The rejection from a normal breakup is not the same as Narcissistic discard. There is so much trauma from the disrespect, gaslighting, stealing, manipulation, lies and cheating all the emotionally and mental trauma they cause is was the worst experience of heartbreak I had to endure.
In the same manner that we go through the stages of rejection there is also stages of recovery the most important thing is to take the first step and with God all things are possible.
Always count on pastor for an unexpected laugh I didn’t know I needed. “If you walking around Walmart with pajamas on you depressed and don’t even know it!” 😂😂😂

Powerful message Pastor R C Blakes Jr. And it fits so many diffetent scenarios besides man/woman relationships. I need to apply these tips to my community Period ! I am a friendly person and i speak to everyone who makes eye contact with me. But a lot of times i am treated like im going to ask them for money or something ! It stops me from being as loving as i would really like to be.😢
Im bedridden and wheelchair temporarily, im alone in a room narcistic ex owns,he moved in a shed,house is open to animals at night,no kitchen,terrible biker,im trying to meet someone on fb dating and im traumatized, predators and sick men keep ghosting,using and ghosting me,rejection after i put in100%getting to ask them 5questions in beginning, im so broken26men in 10months hurts im desperate bc i WANT A MAN TO LOVE ME AND ME DO WIFELY HOME MAKING THINGS,why cant i have someone like YOU GOT SOMEONE,im a good wife,no good men where are they !!!!!????.....?😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Whenever I get depressed over past rejection, I remember Isaiah 54:5 - For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.
Whenever I'm feeling lonely, I always stop and consider all the blessings God has given me. I thank Him that I'm not married to an abusive man, and thank Him for always providing for me and protecting me. Rejection can be protection. If they rejected us, they were not supposed to be in our lives. God has a good plan for all of us.

Rejection hurts more when the person treats you like a complete stranger when you were their lover and best friend. That damages your self esteem even more bc while hurting they are getting by just fine.

When I was one & a half my mother became catatonic - no one to this day knows why. I was taken to live with my grandmother. She was taken to mental institution - given electric shock which did not work then was taken to the finest in that day George Washington University Hospital.. and given a prefrontal lobotomy by Dr. Walter Freeman - I have photos and all documentation. When I was in high school - I even met this hideous man. read DADDY THROWS ME IN THE AIR - memoir/self-help-- my mother's feelings for me were cut. She was like a real life Stepford wife. She looked okay but was not really in there. My dad was successful - so the image was of a blessed family in everyway. Mother had three more children.. I lived in a nightmare and I didn't realize it until i became aware.. it's the mother wounding that guides us.. she is the first face of love.. and for my psyche it was 'imprinted' that my mother rejected me at one & a half. Are answers are held in & entangled the imprinted in our memories..

There is a lesson and rejection. Allow yourself to feel everything rejection offers by allowing it to flow through you and not allowing it to set up residence in you and pour self-care into your self. Their rejection is simply God hiding you.

Not rejection but manipulation, attacks, stalking, Never ending destroying, stealing, hacking phones, all my family's relatives, old and childhood friends knew the reason they are all avoiding they knew how bad had been done behind my back if its good there are no need for all of them to be avoid all at the same time and instead they will be happy because everything is good

Going through it. Discarded just be free to Womanize. I went through all these Stages of hurt. Got separated after crying for one yr just barely two months, and today I got served a divorce paper. It is well. Probably one his many women needed proof of his wife leaving so he needs to do it faster than usual.
