  • Here's a 25 minute sculpting and resistance workout using a medium resistance band and a medium dumbbell (I'm using a 10lb dumbbell). This workout can be modified for beginners by slowing down the pace or using a lighter dumbbell and band. The goal is to sculpt and tone the full body, increase mobility in the hips, activate the glutes, and burn calories.
