    Hi Sophie ❤ I think it's so helpful when you talk during the Workout. It is also the perfect amount of talking. Enough tips to do the exercices really well but also not to much. I like it a lot! 😍🥰❤
    I have to say that I enjoy it so much working out with you❤ you really do a great job!😃

    How many kilos of dumbbells do you use ?

      Hey just wanted to help you even tho I’m not her. For me it looks like three or five kilo dumbbells she uses. If you are looking to bulk then use more and less reps if you are training endurance trainin then less kilos and more reps.

      Hey I’m not her but I can answer if you want. Yes this is a strength workout and if you are bulking then use more kilos than her and do less reps
