  • Here's a 20 minute beginner strength training workout focused on building the glutes. In this video, I'm using a set of medium dumbbells (15lb each), a single heavy dumbbell (30lb), and a light dumbbell (10lb). Feel free to use lighter weights if you are still working on your form. The goal of this workout is to understand specific exercises that will help build size in your glutes, especially as you go up in weight (I currently use a 35lb set and 80lb dumbbell when strength training my glutes). Remember to always keep your weight in your heels and your knees in-line with your toes!
