I enjoyed the video a lot! My friend is just getting into MCP and his first squad is Guardians, so this has given me a lot of good advice for him. I'll be sure to pass it along in a minute here. I *really* appreciated the tier list explanation at the top of the video - I think it helped clarify your thinking on the roster, even though we somehow wound up with most of the characters in S and A :-D. Out of curiosity, what character(s) for Guardians would you guys like to see next *and* why? (Yeah, I know they are just about to get a pretty bonkers character, and they already picked up two more earlier this year, but there is still room to grow!) Looking forward to the next one! (Is it Sentinels?)

I think you need a better ranking system or a redefinition of the tiers, Just too many thrown in S and A, You don't need to rank them at all honestly, You can just run through them and say will usually make the roster etc, The deep dive is more useful then gimmik but If your gonna try and tier list then maybe something like S tiers are autotakes for the squad like you wouldn't ever not field them, A's would be autotakes for the roster, They would always make the 10, B's could be good considerations but might not make the roster, C could just be very rarely makes the roster and D's are the trash never take them tier, It would be fine to see no-one in D or S they would be extreme cases for best/worst in the game -All imo, No hate intended
Guardians and their fav splashes are strong, but all of them being in S tier isn't super helpful to most people watching. Maybe even thinking on how often those pieces get played, and if it's EVERY game (except Quill), then it's S tier. I know CGR doesn't make it to the table every game so I'd consider him a solid A for me, and Quill is probably there too since he's not the Best of the leaders.
I'm pretty new to mcp but I dont think everything should be S tier kinda makes S tier worth less seeing things like Star lord in S feels wrong his leadership is great but the rest of him is very mid in the games ive had
Thanks for the feedback! If it helps at all we do think the characters further to the left are bette than those to the right, but guardians do just have a lot of great characters. What makes starlord so good is not that he carries games all by himself. It’s how perfect of a leader he is for his team’s game plan. He’s only 3 threat and hits pretty hard, which is exactly what they want. He fits his affiliation better than most leaders. My opinion is that makes him amazing but I can see why others wouldn’t be as excited about him.
I just think overall there shouldnt be mostly S tiers maybe looking at a different way of ranking them like at S i would put things that are either in every game not just roster or are bordeline broken/ just broken most of your S tiers i would move to A they are all great but not S as in bring every single game and if thats how you rank it i would say sure SL is then S tier

yeah, played guardians all year, If I'd do a Guardians tier list, there wouldn't be so much S tier characters
