I was looking at Cabal and was discussing Sin and Viper with a friend about how to improve them. Here are some of the changes we made. For Viper, it's simple enough. We just added Martial Artist to her kit and changed to Coiled Serpent to OG Black Widow's Counter Strike to add more consistency to her defenses.
For Sin. We gave her simple changes to her kit like an extra stamina, changed her spender from 4 to 3, and changed the Crossbones superpower to Brock Rumlow so she can use new Crossbones. For her leadership, we took a page out of y'all book by having it where we could push one character off of a contested secure, but we changed it to where it required two allied characters to be within 3 of an enemy character to force them to drop an objective token. We also changed it from asset token to objective token so it could encompass the all of the crisis. However, we did think making it before scoring was a little OP and would make it have no win scenarios.
What does everybody think of these changes? Any feedback helps.

Enjoyed the discussion. A few points I would dispute.
I think Sin is firmly in D tier. I rate her lower than Crossbones1 who at least has superior durability for a 3 threat. He can even be pretty good on scenarios or extracts that hurt you with his ability to reduce damage. He is a genuinely good cosmic cube holder.
I feel Ultron2 is better than MODOK 1. You’re going to see him splashed more and generally taken over MODOK everywhere except Crim Syn. Ultron is just more mobile and more durable.
Sin is stuck in D. She has a cute play with Zemo2 Hydra as since she is a long mover she can do an Eyes on the Prize play thanks to his leadership and hang out at the back thanks to stealth. But otherwise she is a bad combo of Zemo1 and Black Widow1. And she’s a crappy Zemo and an expensive Black Widow.

I really really encourage you guys to play the new Bucky. He is absolutely outstanding. His action economy through hit and run combined with his long shot and stealth is phenomenal. Whenever the opportunity to drop his grenade happens you do it. Pair him with new red skull and he is a damage machine that applies two of the better status effects in stun and shock. He is a super durable turret. The old Bucky lost most of his luster with the wild rapid fire trigger.

I run him in all of my lists now. Winter guard he is the third guy you always take after Crimson and Red Guardian. Hydra absolutely loves him. I run him as kingpins guard in Criminal syndicate. In cabal with dark reign he will finish. He IS the go to four in cabal. Play him!

Dang that’s exciting to hear! Throwing 10 dice and moving every turn with stealth is definitely good. Like we said in the video he seems very consistent which is always valuable. Maybe we’ll be bumping him up in the future!

At some point I really hope a chunk of the Cabal gets split off into Masters of Evil instead, I just think it's really dumb to have an affiliation that's basically every villain.

I appreciated the breakdown - it was as thorough and thoughtful as ever (even with the blatant Mysterio slander :-D).
Out of curiosity, what would you want out of a new 4-threat Cabal-affiliated character? I know that you mentioned that the field of 4-threats is pretty crowded, especially with some potent splashes.
Also, I would love a Sentinels breakdown! Especially if you guys took some time to dig into the Under Your Skin card and who makes an excellent proxy-Sentinel. Other than them, a Brotherhood or Spider-Foes breakdown sounds great to me.
Lastly, I've been feeling like Malekith should have been a leader for a Foes of Asgard affiliation rather than Cabal. In your opinion, would there be value to another affiliation, or is it better to round out an older one (Cabal in this case) with more leadership options?
    Thanks for the video!

Thank you! I think we are planning for Sentinels to be next on the list, it will be a fun one. Interesting questions. I think a 4-threat cabal character that’s a tanky brawler would be interesting. Right now there isn’t really a cabal 4 threat that fills that role. You have kingpin and omega red but they are just very slow to get around the board.
I love the idea of a foes of Asgard affiliation! I think adding more affiliations brings more depth to the game than making an affiliation huge. Although new leaders for existing factions are always welcome!
