I am a bit confused as to when to release the body. I inhale, let go of all the air, then squeeze for 10 seconds. When I take another inhalation, do I release the squeezing then or while exhaling? Do I inhale with a squeezed body? Do I let go of the squeeze completely after 10 seconds? Thanks for your help.

Hi Sir, I really appreciate your work. It would be really helpful if you can post videos on Naval Displacement (Solar Plexus). I have this problem for a long time, there are various ways which it can treated however after getting it treated, it again automatically gets back to imbalance state, i couldn`t find any reliable material online. Are there any Yogas and Aasanas for curing this naval displacement? You explain every asanas and yogas in a very logical way and it would be very appreciated if you can help regarding this. Thankyou 🙂🙂🙏
After corona and dengue, iam suffering from this issue of tiredness without done of much work. Hope this yoga &your advises helps me. The problem is with breathing. Cannot hold breath for long.

In books, surya bedha, both inhale and exhale should be from right nostril. Is that correct or video is correct?
