thank you for your clear instruction for this asana. I have been struggling to sit siddhasana for a long time. It becomes very uncomfortable after 10 minutes after I do this. I noticed that I do some movements quite wrong. I keep in my mind to do it longer and correct way also comfortable way to do my meditation journey with this asana. Namaste

i did this first time with a pillow underneath, my left heal keeps running from top of my genitals. and i cannot pull the righy leg more than just the toe. i feel pressure in my foot and when i left the posture after 15min both feet hurt to a level i could not rotate the foot even and only after about 10 min i could slightly rotate it. i hope it will get easier. i have been meditating for the past 3 weeks and today I decided to add this posture as well

He is telling you correct. Bear in mind you must be in a state of sexual arousal. In order to move the energy up into the brain. At no point must you give into the powerful desire for release. Then feel and watch the magic begin. Excellent!
