just came across a video which says that we have been breathing wrong , we should expand our belly when we breathe in and the belly should contract when we breathe out . and now i was learning how to do prananyaama and nadishodhana and felt a mess cause i did not know how to do it your video has helped me i am so happy that i could find it thanksss a lot !!

Can you teach paranya breathing exercises for old people who have done open heart surgery and have low lung capacity and want to improve their breathing. I heard some paranaya exercises are dangerous for people with open heart surgery. There’s no proper information on it.
