    I awakened Kundalini when I started automatically Pranayama breathing everyday for no apparent reason. Tremendous flash imagery beyond belief in the ultimate bliss for 2 hours followed by a complete rebirth. I will never forget that fateful night. I was just sat normally in meditation on a chair 🪑 Then I started chanting Aum on autopilot and it triggered the awakening. Beyond words to explain. So profound.

    • @mackcarlo

      @@Diegoalllll it was the most intense, powerful and incredible experience I’ve ever encountered. I was sat normally on a chair chanting Aum and Pranayama breathing. There was a ‘question’ that asked if I was willing to die right there with the higher power and I answered yes in my mind. The sincerity of my answer shocked me so much that it induced a massive secretion of Amrita Nectar from my Pineal Gland. It was then like being shot at beyond lightspeed seeing and feeling flash imagery beyond belief for around 2 hours straight just sat on the chair 🪑 When Kundalini finally came to settle it was like a powerful redeeming purification rebirth release type sensation also beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I could hear divine music in my Soul throughout the whole experience too. I’ve described it the best I can with words but it’s so Alien and beautiful and beyond belief that it’s hard to really describe accurately. Truly astonishing. The powerful bliss you feel is like a strong warmth as if you needed to get in front of the cold, but simultaneously a cooling relief sensation as if you needed cooling down. At the same time together. The bliss was a million times stronger and more stable than any Substance or Plant I had ever taken in my life. I can assure you that it is very real and not an imaginary fantasy or myth. Kundalini exists and she can be aroused and induces the Amrita secretion that ignites the experience. She is tamed then and stood to attention like you see on the Artworks of the Buddha with the raises Serpent behind him. I hope this helps.

      Isn't the aummm also a symbol of a long exhalation? Thanks for answering, after the video I was filled with doubt about the amount of exhaling

    • @mackcarlo

      @@user-qy6nt1ke1s I kept automatically doing a very very long long breath like a Snake I was hissing by creating a small gap between the roof of my mouth and the middle of my tongue. It’s hard to describe without showing you. This all made me realise that Yoga and meditation and all the knowledge is already within us but we are normally not in the right state of consciousness and being for it to all be unlocked. Getting physically fit using a Rowing Machine regularly was so helpful to me to build up the Prana required for the awakening to go full circle and for the ignition to be powerful enough. I was Rowing for around 4 months and not drinking alcohol or using substances or having late nights etc before the night that she awakened fully and properly. My comment describing it has disappeared it seems 🤔

      @@ysr2351 it was the most explosive and profound 2 hour experience of my life. I wrote a detailed description of the experience earlier here but it’s disappeared. That’s a good question actually. I’m presuming there is a way of getting her to awaken every time we meditate because it wasn’t a means to an end. Nothing really changes when she comes back down and you go about your daily business.

    many things are well said, but let me close up on Pranayama Sadhana, ok? control of the breath and the control of prana is just a 1st. step in Pranayama. Going through different Vayus, activating Chakras, it is still just the beginning. After you gain control, you have to let go. Remember - breath is your master. always follow the breath. After controlling and doing all kinds of breath exercises, you need to just relax and observe. Breath will get subtle and more subtle, pauses in between will get longer and longer (meaning CO2 level is rising) until the point that you don't feel any breath at all. you are still breathing, but there is no sensation of breath. Minimum breath, maximum prana, that is the peak of Pranayama Sadhana. Now you are ready to proceed further to Pratyahara Sadhana.

      @@alkalinehealing803 during asana sadhana all your focus is on the body, at the very end when you are able to sit comfortably and stabil for 2-3 hours, you loose the sensation of the body. same goes with breath. CO2 level high is not dangerous if you go through proper asana and pranayama sadhana. without proper training it can be potentially harmful.

    I’ve been following your exercises for over a year now. Seen improvement in my body and internal strength.
    However, don’t agree with some things in this particular video.
    When we breathe (inspiration and expiration cycles) we breathe air ONLY into our lungs and out from the lungs alone. No air from our breath goes into the stomach. It’s the diaphragm under our lungs that contract and expand giving us the feeling that the air we breathe has gone into and out of our stomach.
    I too had this misconception. Which got clarified after watching this lovely video
    I’m providing a link which actually clarified my misconception ;

      You are absolutely right, but when in Yoga , we talk about breathing from the belly. Does not mean that mechanically breath enters to the belly and that is not objective of this sentence. The main purpose of these sentence is deep deep breathing, which allows your naval to expand. And when I talk about breathing from the belly, of course, air does not enters to the stomach, but Prana enters everywhere in subtle ways. I myself is a biological student and graduate in this subject, but since I am into tradition, I understood that there is subtle form of energies which can be experienced under the guidance of Guru
      But thanks for reminding me

      Not so. athletes at high peak performance may appear to be breathing more frequently. however, even then, during peak performance, they strive to breathe deeper and more slowly and control the power. Furthermore, after the athletic activity ceases, athletes tend to have lower resting heart rates and lower resting respiration rates, therefore they overall breathe less frequently.
