The ultimate is 16 breaths inhale, 64 hold and 32 exhale, hence 1:4:2 as well. A beginner could start with the basic ratio and gradually increase over 12"years...Your teaching is commendable. Very clear!
I am doing nadi shodan for the last 2 years.But now only I understood the correct posture and the frequency of inhale,hold and exile. Further now only I came to know the difference between Nadi Shodhan and pranayam. Thank you very much for the correct information.May God bless you.
