I too cant roll my tongue thank you so much for showing the other way to do this asana. I want to do this asana to reduce my High BP and also to reduce the heat in my body hope am able to do it correctly. I tried it but later on i felt like my tongue was very dry. What could b the reason?

Sir, when we should do Nadi Shodhan and Anulom Vilom. Some websites say Anulom Vilom should be done before Nadi Shodhan. But, I'm practicing Nadi Shodhan first, then other pranayam , in the end Anulom Vilom.....is it correct order?

Namaskar Prashantj, funny enough, I used to play with my tongue in so many ways since I was a kid, without knowing the meaning of it. However, I now have the opposite issue, I suffer low blood pressure, could you please suggest a Mudra to enhance the blood pressure? I would greatly appreciate thank you!

I did anulom vilom pranayama and I noticed my body heat has increased very much.Dry lips and constipation and yellow urine. How to combat that. Should we do sheetali after doing normal pranayama everytime.

Dear Sir after watching both videos of Kaki Mudra and Sheetli Paranayam it seems that both have almost the same benefits and any one of them can alone be practiced or they have differences, please guide.
Both are different sheetali is the beginning pranamaya. Which physically cooling the body but another is not about only cooling but maintaining the heat also
