    Thank you this really helped. I am vata pitta combination dosha and age 42 female childless from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 and born in Kenya 🇰🇪 . Lately i have been really struggling with anxiety and accepting my reality of needing to work as a government music educator. I too cant roll my tongue thank you so much for showing the other way to do this asana. I want to do this asana to reduce my High BP and also to reduce the heat in my body hope am able to do it correctly. I tried it but later on i felt like my tongue was very dry. What could b the reason?

    Mr. Prashant, I am one of your fans. I learn yoga viewing your all videos and do practice everyday. Everyday I do Sheetali Pranayam but after doing it I am experiencing something. As soon as I finish this yoga I check my BP and it gets increased instead of decreasing and I get vertigo. I would like to know whether this is normal or else I am doing something wrong. As you mentioned after doing Sheetali Pranayam BP will be decreased and under control, but it is not happening. Please guide me.

    Sir, when we should do Nadi Shodhan and Anulom Vilom. Some websites say Anulom Vilom should be done before Nadi Shodhan. But, I'm practicing Nadi Shodhan first, then other pranayam , in the end Anulom Vilom.....is it correct order?

    When i get up from sleep back of left ear will be itching or feel heavy. i do bastirka and brahmari pranayama. Mucus come throuh the mouth. I feel relived. Sometime i do not get enough time.what shall i do not to have this problem.

      If Introvert people do this they become more introverted, introverted people can do pranayam paranyam which produce heat . Sheetali and sheetkai pranayam make cool inside and introverted people already calm

    Dear Sir after watching both videos of Kaki Mudra and Sheetli Paranayam it seems that both have almost the same benefits and any one of them can alone be practiced or they have differences, please guide.

      Both are different sheetali is the beginning pranamaya. Which physically cooling the body but another is not about only cooling but maintaining the heat also
