    We’re you able to get to it without taking the intake manifold off?

      Yes! That was the whole point of this video. I did NOT want to take of the manifold. It's a squirmy little bugger but a few curse words later, it can be done.

    Just remove that stupid filter. It can cause a lot of trouble, and prevents nothing on a well running red block that gets oil changes on time. The '82 240 is a troublesome cross-over year.

      Agreed with the sentiment on the year. A very cool car but troublesome. The K-jet is tricky and not many people understand them let alone work on them anymore.
