I think a lot of famous people are starting to realize and see the truth. They have been so blinded by the famous money spotlight, It was the wrong light they were looking at.
I did that for a while, then I took a really good look around...and I noticed the Christian God had nothing to do with my life, and Jesus didn't answer anything. Didn't even whisper in my ear. I noticed it was me doing my actions, me saying my words. I think reread the Bible completely, again...and then laughed..and left Christianity and the Jesus stuff is just a lie. Not needed. I accept there are Gods out there, but the Jesus story has all kinds of problems and is very inconsistent. You have to be willing to really examine yourself, and be very attention to your actions and words. When you are, that faith...fails. I've been free from Christianity for over 30 years and I LOVE it.

I too came to the lord through fear. Lost for many years in a demonic world of meth and sexual deviancy the evil was all around me. One day I finally ran into a Catholic Church and fell on my knees in repentance. Almost 2 years now sober and a fully Christ centered man 🙂🙏

Yes, Catholics too are Christ-centered. And no, we don't worship idols. If we ask someone to pray for us, like a Saint or Mary, it's no different than if you ask a friend to pray for you. It's just a request of intercession, nothing more. Having the personal relationship with Christ is most important, meaning allowing Him to shape your life, surrendering to Him. Catholics do that too...

Alice has a lot of great wisdom and knowledge. You can tell that he loves talking about this. There's still a lot of temptation out there in his world. I pray that God wraps His arms tightly around him wherever he goes.
My dad was a pastor in the same church as he grew up in. We used to stay at their house when they held conferences in Arizona. Although there is a little bit of an age difference and he was involved in his high school band, there is a time when we were there on a Saturday night and he came home and his parents had him show us the film that he made with his friends and all I can remember is it looked like a head laying on the road or dirt area and it was really funny and even my dad was cracking up. He had a good sense of humor and he was also a very good artist because I remember there was a mural he had painted on the wall of a desert scene and being an aspiring artist myself I remember thinking I wish I could be that good. They're also things in his bedroom that were really funny and bizarre, especially for that day and time. I just thought he was a funny artistic creative person even though we didn't spend a lot of time together because there is probably a 5-6 year age difference. But I will say that his parents and grandparents were wonderful people. I remember his grandfather and grandmother staying at our house in San Diego during church conferences. It's nice to hear that he's come back around. When we realize that God never stops loving us is the time we start loving God.
We are all sinners. We have all fallen short of God's Glory. I was a enemy of the church, I blasphemed, I ridiculed, and I just refused to believe. My mother was dying of cancer. I got a ride home from a friend of mine. He told me the true gospel. I went in my apartment and there I fell to my knees and made Jesus my saviour. Now I have a great gift which will never fade away.

Alice has said that he doesn’t live that kind of lifestyle, and he doesn’t commit those acts that he portrays on stage. For example, he overcame addiction to drugs and alcohol. He hasn’t touched it for years (as far as I know). What he is doing is a show, not the real thing. He isn’t supporting the act, it is all entertainment. I was 18 when I asked Jesus into my life and I will continue to do service and follow him in fellowship, Jesus said I am the way of truth and I am the way of life, Jesus saved me from my sins because before I accepted him, I was lost in life and I was not feeling comfortable in his presence, one day I asked him to show me my purpose in life and what he wants to do for me and what he wants me to do for him. I went to a church in my community and I have been walking with Jesus ever since. I am thankful for all the great things Jesus has done for us and realizing how God is great and how he loves us all as his children on earth. I am thankful for what God has provided us with and I will always have many reasons to be thankful everyday. God loves you all.

I love his honesty...he is a beautiful man..i love that he admits to being a baby Christian and that being that doesn't mean you have to be perfect and judgemental...i also liked his warning about religion...a true Christian will never judge anyone else or make them feel less then...and i hate that real Christian people get judged by the people claiming to be Christians that go to church twice a year and think that they have all of the answers...a real Christian will tell you no they absolutely don't know it all...far from it...humility is the most attractive trait a human has and it's effectiveness goes a long way...then looking down your nose at people and judging them and their lifestyle choices...sin is sin in God's eye's..all are equally offensive to Him and we all sin...

Alice has seen both the dark and the light and knows the light is the better place to be ! My journey to find my way there was a long one. lt was like a caving trip gone wrong and then after being stuck in the cave tunnels, a man called Jesus met me there and because i trusted Him and followed Him; He led me to safety.
No matter how talented or knowledgeable we feel we are, we cant escape out imperfections, we know they are there and try to prevent others seeing them but God sees right through us. I bow down to you God, The Master Source !
I applaud you as a famous person coming forward and saying your love and belief in Christ. I too, though I’m not famous or have fancy things, realized that I am stuck in an Adamic fallen world, and I need Jesus to help me walk through this because I belong to him. Can I be a prodigal daughter? I came back when my life was empty though I needed nothing this world had to offer.

I was 18 when I asked Jesus into my life and I will continue to do service and follow him in fellowship, Jesus said I am the way of truth and I am the way of life, Jesus saved me from my sins because before I accepted him, I was lost in life and I was not feeling comfortable in his presence, one day I asked him to show me my purpose in life and what he wants to do for me and what he wants me to do for him. I went to a church in my community and I have been walking with Jesus ever since. I am thankful for all the great things Jesus has done for us and realizing how God is great and how he loves us all as his children on earth. I am thankful for what God has provided us with and I will always have many reasons to be thankful everyday. God loves you all.

I love his honesty...he is a beautiful man..i love that he admits to being a baby Christian and that being that doesn't mean you have to be perfect and judgemental...i also liked his warning about religion...a true Christian will never judge anyone else or make them feel less then...and i hate that real Christian people get judged by the people claiming to be Christians that go to church twice a year and think that they have all of the answers...a real Christian will tell you no they absolutely don't know it all...far from it...humility is the most attractive trait a human has and it's effectiveness goes a long way...then looking down your nose at people and judging them and their lifestyle choices...sin is sin in God's eye's..all are equally offensive to Him and we all sin...

I met Alice at Cortez High School in 1982. I was a student photographer and he was visiting the JV football practice. We even had the same Journalism teacher (Sandy Finerman), though a couple of decades apart. Really genuine, nice guy.

I SAW U ALICE 😊, SAW U in Live concert at the the University of KANSAS way back around the early 70’s , WHEN I had a lot in common with U , Minus the being a Rock Star ; AND I was saved shortly after & became a PHARISEE 😖 for a while❗️ YES I settled down & became more humbled in the past few years… 😁 👍 Even became a CHAPLAIN with a Big Racing🟩🏁 Ministry for a few years … I’m 74 now , and just enjoying listening to folks like U share and taking care of my wife and our garden ✌️ 😁 👍…
