How to Safely CLEAN C Drive in Windows 10 & 11

Disk Cleaner "Clean System Files" (administrator) can shift alot more. (Windows Update Clean-up)
Although I do it fairly often, I've just looked and found 6Gig of rubbish.
One thing, this takes a fair bit of time

CCleaner used to be god, now I never use it. I became very didgy.

Microsoft PC Manger could be a good alternative.

I don't quite agree with CCleaner. It was pretty useful in Windows' earlier days.
