I"m BRAND NEW to your channel after seeing you on Gaz's channel just today; I'm loving my first look at your over-the-top amazing recipes. I'm Celiac, so can't have the wrap you used for the yummy-looking Breakfast Burrito; what do you suggest other than some sort of lettuce? I'm allergic to psyllium husk, which some ppl use for a wrap, but am just STARVING for something actually bready; so, do you have a GF version of that bready-version you used? Oh my stars; my mouth is just watering while having to wait to try your lovely food!

Y'ALL! I just made the breakfast burritos and they are perfection! The only difference I did was add garlic power to the chickpea mix (because garlic is life!) and I scaled back the cayenne pepper amount to a little under half a teaspoon since my 11yr old was eating this too and it was soooo good. This is our 1st week eating whole food vegan and with dishes like this we are NOT missin' out!
@@kristalp346 no it doesn't some how. I only made 4 at a time and we ate two that day and two the next and I stored all the extra ingredients separately to make more later or repurpose into another dish (which we ended up doing)
@@kristalp346 she also added lemon juice in the guacamole and then on top before rolling it and I think lemon juice stops it from going brown so I guess it perseveres the freshness then too
So I made the burrito and omg it was soooo good. The fourth burrito I made, I ran out of guacamole so I got some tahini and mixed with cashew milk and warm water, with some sea salt and black pepper...and OMG it gave the burrito a creamy taste. It was grilled on the outside and nice and wet and creamy on the inside. I literally want to eat it everyday
My husband always prepare all of my meals (for 30+ years). He is a great cook! Since we have been in this state of emergency dealing with COVID-19, we have decided to do something NEW...EAT MOSTLY PLANT BASED MEALS. I was all for it thinking he would continue being MY personal chef, and i searched for meals on the internet. I chose Rachel because I love her energy (she acts just like my daughter's best friend), and I enjoyed ever minute of her presentation. She put me in an adventurous mood and I (YES ME!) decided to take on the breakfast burrito. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW EASY IT IS TO MAKE...I acted just like her as I danced around my kitchen repeating, "mmmm, this is so good, this is great, I can taste all the spices.!" I will also let you know that I do not eat a lot of these food items,,,but now I do. MY HUSBAND LOVED IT TOO and we are anxiously awaiting my NEXT MEAL by Rachel ADVENTURE!!!!

I’m doing opposite. Used to eat more veggies and grain than meat. Now mainly animal and small amount of grain and veggies. I no longer worry about having gut issue all day long. Prepping plant food has always been a chore for me, no so with meat and sea food.

Oh. My. God. This. Is. So. Good. 🤤 I made the burritos for my lunch meal prep and they are delicious. I wasn't able to toast them but I'm sure that would make them taste better. Since I have ZERO burrito rolling skills, I realized it's less messy for me to put the guac in the tortilla first, then my greens, peas, and salsa. I also added jalapenos to the tomato onion mis to make it just a little more like pico de gallo. But this is hands down PHENOMENAL.
I use glass containers already especially if it’s a liquid or something saucer. That can absorb. I’ll use plastic if it’s something that’s dry but I wrap a bit of parchment around it if possible. But I love how she’s saying don’t use plastic while using plastic

You go girl! I’ve been vegan for almost 3 years and I make lazy vegan food lol. I just steam vegetables (like Brussels Sprouts) and add olive oil, salt, and pepper and there’s my meal! When I first went vegan my meals were more involved- but then I started working and I lost too much time😭😂😄

Can I just say I’ve watched countless of channels before and after finding you and I always come back to your videos because you get me... I can’t eat any savory meals without sautéed onions and garlic and good GOOD spices (not just salt and pepper) 😮. Yes I said it! By the way do you know I realized through your videos THAT CORIANDER AND CILANTRO WERE THE SAME PLANT?? Wow 😮 so basically the seeds are called coriander and the leaves are called cilantro. So confusing. You call them both coriander hehe I’m with you girl

UGH you could not have put this video out at a better time!!! Same here. I have gone from eating plant based 2 to 3 times a week, to only eating meat 2 to 3 times a week. I love all the different vegan recipes!
