I'm vegetarian and just needed a push to go vegan, did my weekly shop yesterday and didn't buy a single animal product. Wow! I now make that quinoa salad--with string beans replacing the green peppers--every other week. I love it! It's crunchy, easy, healthful, and with the 2 different dressings, never boring. Thank you!

I'm loving your videos! You are just refreshing to watch. A few days ago I started a raw vegan challenge and I can't wait to make these recipes! I was a meat eater before the challenge, but I'm thinking that it'll be so much better for my heath to continue being vegan. I hope I can push myself to do it. Please continue to make awesome vids :)
I love your videos. Everything looks so flavorful and simple. When I first became vegan it was so hard for me to figure out what to eat. I absolutely love the Caribbean meals you make. I grew up eating Jamaican, Panamanian and Puerto Rican food. It’s great how you veganize Caribbean food. However I do think you might find an alternative for single use plastic containers.

Side note: add garlic to the lentil balls, gives additional balls of flavor and thyme to the pasta sauce...hmmmmm.
I’m still iffy about investing in the nutritional yeast. It’s expensive here.
Thank you!! I did add garlic maybe I missed out it on my voice over, thanks for mentioning so I can add it to the discription box. Can't make lentil balls without it! If it's really expensive where you are it's not really worth it. Its nutritious, and adds a fun flavour to things but its not essential x
