    if you have sore knees kneeling a lot is not comfortable - please show adaptions people with sensitive knees can do. Thank you

    Great workout! But I noticed, the last exercices were hard for me because I was always losing balance. What do you recommend?

    Thanks Laurence, I love your approach. Perfect blend of gentle and no-nonsense attitude, with a tough-but-doable workout. This and your other video for running (ruclips.net/video/brIfYouTLoU/видео.html) really feel like they're getting to the weak spots that mess up my knees. Feeling confident that I'll be back up and running again before long
