Not sure what the operating temp is but I’ve seen plenty of footage in snowy locations. Worth checking DJI specs first but from my experience I’m sure it’ll be fine but check them first. And the battery will deplete faster in cold weather.
So glad I found you, such great info. Question: All I want to do with my Osmo pocket 3 is video, when I go to inside a restaurants (Japan), to show close-ups of food, etc. What is the most basic set ups for indoor & close up shots?. I just need your "make sure you do 1, 2, & 3" settings, so I don't mess this very simple vacation assignment. Thanks !

That's the best tips video I have seen so far - several things that I did not know. If I win the lottery so that I can afford to buy one, then I will definately watch this again!
Thank you for the much needed video! I have a question but wasn't sure before I purchased the Pocket 3: When using the magnetic filters/wide angle lens, when do you attach/remove them? Do I power on the Pocket 3 first, then attach, and then remove it before I turn off?
@@silaeeThanks! Doesn't the Pocket 3 close with the camera facing inwards when you turn it off though? Is there enough of a gap if the filter was left on it?
@@Alakazam2047The Pocket 3 knows when the wide angle lens is attached and rotates the head into selfie position (= pointing downwards in the case) then.
How durable is the mechanical part...the gymbal and the rotating screen....I'm interested in this because lowlight is amazing and it looks more cinematic. But because of the mechanical parts, I'm scared it'll fail one day and become obsolete 😢. I'll for sure baby this thing but wear and tear is also a thing
My Tripod Mount extender thing broke.... its made so cheaply, the little latchers that lock onto the camera broke... not i have to wait dfor the extended battery comes out (on back order). But overall great camera / still testing it.
the FT(Selfie) ON doesn’t change the fact that I still have to double click the joystick to enable face tracking..am I missing something in the settings that’s why it’s not working for me?
Nice video. Not sure why this is marketed mainly as a vlogging camera when that is such a small percentage of the people that this camera would be great for. I have no interest in vlogging so thinking of selling the Mic 2, but noticed a bit of wind noise from the internal mics on what I thought was not a windy day. Dont think the Mic 2 can help with that as I guess it only works at is best when close to the source, as when vlogging. Would be interested in any suggestions re wind noise from internal mics that dont make the camera too much bigger. Thanks

Ooooh, OK! I figured, based on the 'flickering' issue, you'd always be shooting in 25 or 50. But fair enough. Thanks for the quick reply. Much appreciated! @@VicBarry
@AJDonnelly yeah it’s very much dependent on the lights and it’s easy to change the frame right to fix that. But don’t shoot in scenarios like that too often
