I love seeing the neighborhood and when you tell us about the places that are close by. The building is huge and in very good condition. I would make the downstairs more living space. Another living room and more bedrooms so if you have older children then that could be for them. Keep them close but giving them privacy. I enjoy watching your videos . Thanks for the tour. Another amazing space. Warehouse properties have these explosions of spaces that provides endless unique possibilities, having a space like this in a urban inner city setting that is in, but set back from all the action is awesome. I would love to see more properties like this please 😊.
