I was waiting for you to mention the heating system, I had never seen vertical radiators, I love it's very smart and so modern, eventhough I really like the old ones , you can just put a nice wood plank on it and use it to display your plants.

It's noteworthy to point out that the champagne wall is not in direct sunlight. Here in LaLa Land, I've seen countless luxury homes with glassed-in wine storage 'cabinets' that sit in the sun, all day, every day.

The open-plan living room and the kitchen is really nice. Love the exposed brick walls, the windows, and the beams. The bathrooms and bedroom are great too. I love the industrial feel of the apartment. It's the number 1 reason I would love a warehouse apartment. What lets it down is the terrible view from the living room. You did a good job filming it.

Thanks for your comments. I think the owners would prefer a car park to abouthe block with people facing directly at you and the ports of London Authority do make a regulat visit to clear the debris and rift wood. Its a never ending task sadly.

Fantastic space! Here in The States, countless people are shamelessly pawning "any old" apartment as a "loft." This includes prestigious architectural outfits - I won't mention any names, but there's one particular RUclips channel that starts with an "A" and ends with a "D." It may or may not have two letters. Sorry for the snobbery, but I work in the architectural field and I also pay a premium to live in a loft.
