I am going into getting a certificate in (beginners') mat pilates and your workouts help me a lot to put myself back into the 5 principles of pilates, especially when it comes to flow and concentration. Other yt's somehow seem to forget about, especially when they state the workout is for beginners and it is actually not 🤪😄😄😄

Lovely work out. I liked the side push-ups. For me they are challenged. I would like to work more on my arms and upper body. I feel that my legs have always been an easy part of my body to maintain. I have naturally muscular legs, but my upper body has always been a challenge to keep toned. What is your secret?

Felt like I was back in the gym!
Hi Nicole, I was confused about a lot of the alignments for these exercises. In the curtsies and the inner thigh exercise - more explanation on how to align my legs please! I was worried about hurting my knees in the curtsy and didn't know whether to be on the outer edge of my hip or roll onto my glutes for the second exercise. I love your workouts but this one was hard to follow! Thanks!
