    I always love Dancer workouts, It’s perfect to focus on posture of the whole body and pay more attention to the rotation of legs 😅 and the nice work of arms (far from easy 😄). Of course I want more workout as this one! Thank you dear Nicole 💝🌻🌻🌻🙏🏼

    These dancer workouts take me back to when I was a little girl and took ballet classes for a short period. Thank you for that. Plus, they make me feel more graceful in my posture, so thanks for that, too! Great workout. 🥵🩰🙏🏼😍

    I loved this workout! ☺️ I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and have continued to do your Pilates workouts since starting last year.
    Maybe do a modified workout for us pregnant mommas? ☺️ mostly loved this had no abs

    I've been looking for a workout like this for a LONG time! As an ex-gymnast and dancer, I love getting to work out while incorporating graceful movements. I definitely feel the burn, but this zipped by due to the beautiful flow. Thanks Nicole!

    Hello Nicole, a big thank you for these beautiful ballet exercises which are very appreciated for me. I like pilates and yoga, but my preference is anything related to ballet.     I am going into getting a certificate in (beginners') mat pilates and your workouts help me a lot to put myself back into the 5 principles of pilates, especially when it comes to flow and concentration. Other yt's somehow seem to forget about, especially when they state the workout is for beginners and it is actually not 🤪😄😄😄

    Lovely work out. I liked the side push-ups. For me they are challenged. I would like to work more on my arms and upper body. I feel that my legs have always been an easy part of my body to maintain. I have naturally muscular legs, but my upper body has always been a challenge to keep toned. What is your secret?

    Hi Nicole, I was confused about a lot of the alignments for these exercises. In the curtsies and the inner thigh exercise - more explanation on how to align my legs please! I was worried about hurting my knees in the curtsy and didn't know whether to be on the outer edge of my hip or roll onto my glutes for the second exercise. I love your workouts but this one was hard to follow! Thanks!
