I was one of those arrogant people who used to think that pilates is something older ladies do when they decide "they want to move more". Tried one workout video with Nicole and thought I was gonna die during :D Felt amazing afterwards and never did anything but pilates since. Note: I was doing strength training since 2012, so 11 years of gym 3 times a week. Still, Nicole made me discover muscles which I didn't know I had :D
Over one year now I have been doing your videos now 5 or 4 days a week. I made that commitment to myself to be strong again and feel good for me, my hubby & my kids. After years of dance classes, being a personal trainer and marathon runner I was burnt out and not happy with exercise or my body. Just finished this workout for January 2024, Week 3, Class 2! It's amazing how fast this class went by, but I feel stronger and relaxed. All the movements are intentional! The breathing and slower pace really force you to control the movements and activate different muscles. Can't wait to keep doing more classes. Thank you, Nicole!!

If you are new to Pilates, Nicole is awesome. I found her about a year ago when I wanted to vary my workouts and I am hooked. It gets easier with time so don't give up. I still struggle with the three-legged dog but I am better than when I started.🙌

Thanks for keeping me motivated Nicole, I compete in NPC but after a major accident (hip pelvis and femur replaced) I have been on a hiatus from the stage. Now that I am getting back to the swing of things I realize that I must focus on strength training with body weight along with mobility. I’m so thankful for your classes, the barre classes I find most rewarding as they are truly challenging my balance. Keep up the fantastic work! I started off with the most challenging band and I had to switch to a less challenging band.This workout kicked my butt, it was bittersweet. I realize that when she says hands to prayer during the squat series that it is to pray for strength to finish these squats 🙏 😅 i quit lifting weights at the gym and switched to nicole a year ago. I feel so healthy and strong and my low back pain is gone !

Another great class. It felt tougher than an intermediate this morning but I’ve been neglecting Pilates and doing a lot of cycling this summer. I realize that when she says hands to prayer during the squat series that it is to pray for strength to finish these squats 🙏 😅 i quit lifting weights at the gym and switched to nicole a year ago. I feel so healthy and strong and my low back pain is gone !

Loved this challenging Pilates class, Nicole 😻 I love to punish myself sometimes and this was a classic example of that 😻 Love your style of Pilates for moving my body who doesn't like gym at all 😊
Another great class. It felt tougher than an intermediate this morning but I’ve been neglecting Pilates and doing a lot of cycling this summer. Now that summer is winding down I’m looking forward to doing more Pilates. I will definitely be doing this one again. I’m really feeling it in my glutes. Thank you Nicole.
