300g milk - lukewarm (290mls)
1 egg
40g oil (43mls)
250g mixed dried fruit (~370mls)
Crossing paste:
75g plain flour (140mls)
75g water (75mls)
Glaze:
3 tablespoon apricot jam (45mls)
3 teaspoon water (15mls)
