I watched this video for the way you were setting up your imap. However, you copied and pasted with out explanation. Most people who are watching this need that information. If you are going to provide a tutorial for this, I would suggest not leaving important details out. What is old hat for you is what other people struggle with.

And where i can find the incoming and outgoing "name" you paste after?
You would get that information from your email provider for your specific email. The video only covers the process once you have that information.

The video was made with an email account we had set up with our web hosting provider. As far as what to get for yourself, there are a lot of options. Gmail offers IMAP mail through all of their mail service options. Also, your internet provider may offer it as well. If it is for business, it would be advisable to look at Office 365. It is a more complete mail and productivity system. And you can get it at godaddy.com, and office.com. We hope this helps. :)

Are you using the online version(through your web browser), or possibly an older version such as 2007 or lower? If so that may be why you are not seeing it.
Do you have windows live re editted copy
Windows Live mail went "end of life" on June 30th, 2016. Due to lack of security updates, I would not advise using old software that is easily vulnerable to hacking attacks.
