Good question, but I guess it's two things: habit and the assumption that most viewers are still use the old version so it's easier for them to follow 😊

Hi Ruby, not sure if I understand what you are asking. For sure, you can add/sync different email addresses to Outlook. If you have done so, you can choose from which email address you would like to send an email. Hope this helps, Lea

This is very frustrating and having used outlook since 1998 I just cant deal with that and I'm going to another email. Then I saw your video, can you tell me how to keep the subject line? Are you using iOS version of Outlook or iOS Mail with your Outlook account? Outlook for iOS (and Android) works well (in my experience and those of most of the clients/friends I support -- as a semi-retiree). It can synch calendars and contacts and manage multiple mail accounts -- including IMAP and gmail. iOS has a few limitations such as not supporting images (pics/logos) in mail signatures. Plenty of documentation and videos -- including Copilot. Several long-time gmail and Apple Mail users have switched to using Outlook on all devices for mail, calendar and contacts.

Agreed. The "new improved" Outlook is slow cumbersome unwieldy....it takes me an hour to do what took less than 10 minutes in the predecessor version. All this repeated "Access Denied....Sign in again".....horrid! Cheers from Mexico City!

I heared in the retail version ist only light or dark mode possible. I like the grey mode shown in your video. but grey mode is only available in Offcie 365, corrrect? what screen resolution is this. I like the small letter --> good overview.

This would be more helpful if you explained the " how to" at a slower pace and your images were larger and easier to see. I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one still at the "starting line," and you were already halfway around the track. Lol. On a positive note, I think your tips can be helpful.

I get junk emails sent to my hotmail. The ones you can't reply to. Surely microsoft can add an option to reject all those types. I have Microsoft outlook 2010 version. Do i need to update my version? I haven't seen any of these things while opening my outlook.
