I had to watch video several times because this was a new such for me but once I tried several times, it turned out beautiful. Love, love, love. Thx so much for the tutorial.

Great video, did not have any problems following, just kept pausing at each new round until I caught up with you, great job, will make multiple warmers in different colors. Thank you.
Veronica Seats Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial 😁
I luv this pattern. Got a little confused but I'm gonna try and make the ear warmer and matching scarf.
Ooo! I'd love to see that duo! Btw, I made a new tutorial for this ear warmer and I think you'll find it much easier to follow. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Ok. This gal goes way too fast. And I have been crocheting for years. this one doesn't wait for anyone. And stopping the video for every stitch would take forever!
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
I want to thank you very much for sharing your talents with us. I made this ear warmer for myself and I love how it turned out. You had talked a little too fast for me. I had to keep watching the video and work with you. But thank goodness for the pause and rewind button. I finally got it right 👍🏽😁. Now to make my mini me 👩🏻 whose 4 months one too😍❤️❤️❤️ It’ll look gorgeous with her thick hair 😉😀💕I found you on IG too. I love your gorgeous work. Keep up the awesome work and sharing. It’s the best part when someone as talented as you shares. 🤗💕Trista of G.Villa
shigurly Awe 🙈 Thank you so much for the feedback! Next time I'll try to make it a bit more beginner friendly 😁
Oh no I didn’t mind. At least I learned how to do it by your pattern. Thanks for the share.😃❤️
I love the pattern but I don't no how to read the pattern only looking o write diagram
There is a new tutorial for this ear warmer available and a written pattern with a stitch chart on Etsy and Ravelry! Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Hi Kay I absolutely LOVE this pattern but I found it hard to follow because you crocheted too fast and didn’t show the “V” stitch or arrow enough times for me to “get it”. I wish you had shown it at least three or four more times so that the repetition is plainly seen. Also because the yarn was so dark it was hard to see or rather harder to follow. I will continue to watch it over and over until I figure it out because it is GORGEOUS!!!! And I just love it. Is there a written pattern we can pull on line to help??Thank you for sharing such a beautiful pattern using chunky yarn.
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial and now have a written pattern available on Etsy and Ravelry :) Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out!
Moving wayyyyyy to fast!
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Maybe use a lighter colour yarn next time. Probably be easier to see where the stitches are
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Would love to make this but I am a beginner and need a video where the stitches are slower.
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
It is so nice you share your patterns for free, however, some of us need the pattern written down. You are working too fast even with stopping and starting the video all the time, which is a bit of a pain. A written pattern would be so nice for us who go slower in our crocheting.

If I heard you correctly (music was distracting, but I have listened to this several times) . Row 1: SC in the first 3, CH 1, SK the next (which is where the TR goes in Rw 3. Then SC in the remaining chains.// So wherer exactly did the second chain hole get placed for the second TR in row 3? Please unconfuse me. Thank you. Blessings

Some people are always so picky!
*crying laughing*
I do like the pattern but aside from you are too fast, the color you use is si dark.
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link in the beginning of the video to check it out :)
To slow down the video: at the bottom of the video window, there is a Gear-looking icon. Click on that: then click on Playback Speed.
Have to agree, the music was distracting from the teaching. A visual of the yarn you are using would also have been helpful. Otherwise you and the video were clear.
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
This is a beautiful pattern, and your instructions were clear; however, if you could’ve used a lighter-colored yarn, your tutorial would’ve been better IMO.
I love this project exactly what I was looking for , found that it was well to fast for me and I'm not a beginner . I also found it a little hard to follow my arrows seemed to be off centre . Will persevere till I've got it right . Thank you very much . Linda from near Liverpool
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link in the beginning of the video to check it out :)
Lovely pattern but I wish you had used a lighter color, it was difficult to follow the stitches.

Lovely video
Jayne Maill Thank you so much for the feedback! I'm so glad you enjoyed the tutorial 😁 Don't forget to tag @kaykrochets on Facebook/ Instagram so I can see your beautiful creations!
Agree do without music, easy to follow but what are dimensions? Width and length?
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Row 2 requires you to place a stitch into the ch 1 space (which is created in row 1).....but if you are repeating rows 2 & 3 how do you work into a ch 1 space that isnt there?
Wouldnt you have to repeat rows 1-3 in order to get the arrows on the same side?
I'm on the struggle bus with this one because repeating rows 2 & 3 only is making my arrows end up on opposite sides.
How did the people who say this pattern worked get around not repeating row 1?
Good question. She commented on many other older comments 5 months ago that an updated slower video for this pattern is in the works but I haven't found it yet. Good luck!
I have learned so much since this tutorial. I would love for you to check out the new one for this ear warmer. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Awesome! But i couldnt quite see because the color was to dark
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Which for better explanation or written pattern. Not everyone is good at teaching
A new tutorial and written pattern is now available! Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
I did enjoy your video. Though it could use a little more patience for the viewers to follow your steps, along with going through steps 2 and 3 a few more times instead of fast forwarding to the end. Plus, it would have been more efficient if you had used a lighter color of yarn instead of the gray. Overall, I enjoyed your video and I'm currently on making this ear warmer right now.
Thanks for the detailed feedback!! I completely agree with you! I'd like to think I have learned a lot since this tutorial 😊
Just wanted to let you know that I have made a brand new tutorial for the Arrow Ear Warmer! Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out. I'd love to hear your feedback :)
What stitch? I ordered yarn for this project and now I don’t know what stitch I’m supposed to pull up on row three. Could you please answer the questions asked about this row so I can proceed?
I'm so sorry for the beyond delayed response! I definitely could've gone slower and explained better! This is one of my very first tutorials so it's not the best 🙈 Just fyi I'm in the process of making a new tutorial for this headband! Thank you so very much for the feedback ❤

I love that ear warmer, but I wish the video weren't so hurried, especially in the critical places such as when you used treble crochet stitches. Nobody likes to watch vids showing every single stitch, but this vid was extra-abbreviated Please slow down next time! 👍
I completely agree, which is why I have linked the new tutorial in the description :)
Such a cute project! Is there any written pattern for this?🤩
There is and it includes a stitch chart! You can find it in my Kay Krochets shops on Etsy and Ravelry. Also, I've made a new tutorial for this ear warmer! Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
@@KayKrochets Thank you very much for your answer~~! I'll check it right away. 😁💝
@@mariabelenpereira6357 Yay!!! Happy making ❤
??? I swear there is a stitch missing in your instructions. I do not see how anyone made this according to video instructions. I figured it out but you are missing a stitch in row 3
I've tried it 5 times now and I keep winding up with a big hole in one spot by the top of the arrow on the right. What did you do?
You're right!!! Thought I was going nuts!!! Maybe we have to do rows 1, 2, 3 till desired length, otherwise there is no space to make arrow. Gonna try that now. Well that didn't work either, I was on the backside when I needed to be on the front to make the arrow. UGH!
I'm thinking you have to repeat rows 1-3 for this to work. Just repeating rows 2 & 3 simply will not work. I've tried every single way I can think of and it's just not working.
Just wanted to let you know that the new tutorial for this ear warmer is LIVE! Hopefully, I did a better job of explaining each stitch :) Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out!
Thank you for sharing. Love this. Made 2 after watching.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching ❤
For beginners I know I need to see the pattern done in a couple of rows you say to just repeat the 2nd and 3rd row the whole way down but I couldn't figure out where to insert the yarn to create another arrow. Had to take completely apart.
Sorry to hear that you had a hard time following the tutorial. I agree, I could definitely gone slower and repeated the steps again. I have actually created an updated tutorial for this earwarmer that'll be available soon!!
@@KayKrochets Has the new tutorial been posted anywhere yet? Light colored yarn would be helpful too.
This would be a much better video if you slowed down. I can't keep up or understand even though I ran it back multiple times. Sorry but I had to move on.
Sandra Gillanders Thank you so much for the feedback! Next time I'll try to make it a bit more beginner friendly 😁

Love this pattern, I am trying to add a picture. I added something to the border that I think dresses it up a bit. How do I add a picture?
kelly franzese I'm so glad you liked the tutorial! ...sadly I don't know how to add pictures on RUclips 😂 but if you tag @kaykrochets on Facebook/Instagram I'll be able to see it!
I read the reviews and worried I wouldn’t be able to do this, but after a few false starts, I’ve nailed it. Ok, your speed and yarn choices could have been better for a tutorial but it’s not terrible! Thank you for making the video!
I completely agree with you! Which is why I have made a brand new tutorial. Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
I don't know why I'm having so much trouble with this pattern. I've watched the video and crocheted along. I can't see where you're putting your hook. Needs to be closer. And if I skip stitches for the triple and the ch1, I come up 2 chains short. I thought this was going to be an easy pattern and I'm totally frustrated. Ripped it out several times. Wish I could see the repeat and where to put the hook in the second arrow.
I've been reading all the comments and she did comment back on many older comments 5 months ago saying she was working on an updated slower better tutorial for this pattern but I haven't found it yet. I don't know if she even posted it yet. I hope she did as I really want to make this but no way am I going to even attempt to try to follow this based on the comments, loud music and very dark yarn that makes it extremely hard for me to see where she's placing the stitches.

Unfortunately a bit too fast for me a d I forgot what I did on the first 2 rows so would have be helpful to repeat exactly where the chain one went etc but maybe I'll get there one day and be able to follow properly

I've tried to do what you instructed, but it seems like I'm missing a stitch in one of the rows, which throws me off in the next rows. I completed your twisted turban headband, which admittedly is a lot simpler, and I am enjoying wearing it in our very cold Idaho winter.

Hello, like others, the music was drowning out your voice. Not to mention too fast paced and anxiety producing.. Geezus, had to watch over 10 times to figure this out, ripped out maybe 15 times. Am not an amateur so was quite annoying. I don't have a large head so was surprised to use entire skein for one headband. Maybe two yards left over. Used Aspen tweed yarn by Lion Brand. Very pretty however. Thank you for making the video for us, nice design, unisex too, even better. Oh and super warm!!

Your arrows look like they are right in the middle. Mine look like they are closer to the end side probably due to having the one chain and a single crochet at the beginning and only a SC at the end.

Too many negative comments. Don't think I'll try this one.
I always recommend trying before giving up on something 😊
@@KayKrochets I'm reading all the comments after watching and before I would begin. I do that with every video just in case.
Personally based on my skill level (I'm 54 and been crocheting since I was 8 but self taught watching my grandma so I don't always know what a stitch is called but pick it up extremely easily if I see it made since I'm a visual learner), the speed (I realize I can slow it down and I did but I just couldn't see what you were doing well enough), and the yarn color I'm not going to try it. I saw you comment on numerous others comments 5 months ago that you were/are making another tutorial for this pattern but I haven't found it yet if it's up. Hope you do read this comment. It really is a very nice looking pattern and I so much want to give it a go when/if there's a new tutorial. Thanks 🕊️♥️🕯️🙏
The new tutorial is finally LIVE! Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
My family loves these and thinks I should make them for sale, though mine aren’t as nice looking as yours. I hope I’ll get better with practice. Thanks for making the video! It’s so much easier for me to follow than a printed pattern and helped to get me interested in crocheting again.
Awe! That makes me so happy to hear! Thank you so very much for the kind words and feedback :) Btw, I did end up making a new tutorial and there is now a written pattern with a stitch chart! Head to my channel or click the link at the beginning of this video to check it out :)
Worst ever. Way to fast hard to follow.
