    Kristen, This was a very soothing practice. I did it in the morning and I feel so open and ready to receive my day. I've been in my head so much lately and I am infusing as much heart opening practices along with meditations to feel more connected to this space. I love the heart within the hear metaphor. It makes total sense as we go deeper to our true self. BeWell...Cathy

    I was in bed trying to get comfy for sleep but felt tense from watching tonight’s presidential debate. I got up to do a small yin yoga session and this was the perfect one. I feel so calm and relaxed :)

    Kristen, this is such a phenomenal practice and all my thanks and gratitude. When you talked about the heart, this really connected as am dealing with grieve and anger over the death of my brother . I cannot wait to practice more with you. What a blessing.

    Oh my goodness this was so beautiful. I suffer from scoliosis & I have a pretty prominent slouch which causes so much tension. This was AMAZING I feel brand new after this practice. I’m hooked 😻

    My elder sister, in her 70s, is finding great relief here for neck and shoulder tension. I’m thrilled for her. I could use similar relief, but even though I’m lithe and very physically active outdoors, I cannot sit on the floor in the lotus position-even perched on a big pillow-with knees anywhere near the floor, nor bend much at the waist at all while seated in this way, not toward and over either leg and certainly not forward. Yoga is so often recommended for folks my age with autoimmune disease processes like mine, but I’ve found nothing but pain and frustration whenever I try. Just a counterpoint to all the sincerely positive comments here, and to provide feedback as you requested. I’m glad so many others do find relief from this practice. Can you suggest an alternative approach or a different video for someone like me? Thank you. Namaste.

      Dear Wendy, thank you for reaching out and sharing your experiences with me. My heart truly goes out to anyone suffering with a chronic pain condition. However, I cannot offer advice on complex medical conditions, as it’s beyond the scope of practice for a yoga teacher. I recommend talking with your physician and a physiotherapist to become clear about what exercises would benefit you best. With that knowledge you can then seek out an in-person yoga class in your area with a skilled teacher who can support you through the practice. Online practices are general, and not suited for those who need specific care and extra modifications. Someone needs to work with you in-person until you find a practice that supports you. It’s challenging but keep searching. Many well wishes, Kristen

    Wow...I think I had some sort of trauma release during the last posture (heart opening). My hips and thighs started trembling uncontrollably and I felt an incredible release. Thank you! 🙏
