I’ve been contemplating this seq for three weeks, wondering if it was too hard for my shoulders - and it was!!! But somehow it has made me feel so much lighter and cheerier and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders - a pun, I know, but no less true. Plus I finally got to use my eye pillow and had no idea the video had ended ❤️ Thank you, Shaunneka! Legendary as always
@@ShaunnekaHewitt It felt great indeed ! 🤩 But during the side wide leg pose I couldn’t fell any side stretch at all (I tried everything 😅), so I ended up doing the regular wide leg pose 😁
I’ve hardly slept for a couple weeks now due to back, shoulder, and neck pain. I did this before bed and I already know I am going to get an great nights sleep tonight. I’ve completed many yoga practices and there are some clever and creative poses in this one that really just hit all the sweet spots. Thank you so much 🙏🏽
