Thank you for this routine! This works amazingly to loosen up the upper back and cervical spine within the neck area. By the end of this session, the burning in the upper back and shoulders was gone!

I was just diagnosed with TMJ and need to start each day with some stretches to relax all the tension I hold in my neck and shoulders from clenching my jaw. I said out loud several times during this class, "I love you" (and a few swear words). That was incredible, thank you! (and I LOVED the birds in the background how relaxing)

Up until now I didn’t realize how much pain can negatively shift your mood... I’ve had shoulder and neck pain for months, about the whole year actually. Chiropractor would help for a short while then it would go right back, after doing this video and staying in a few of the stretches a bit longer... my neck pain is gone!!! AND THE HEAVY CLOUD WHICH HAS BEEN HANGING OVER MY HEAD WEIGHING ON MY LIFE HAS ALSO LIFTED! Such a blessing. I can go forth and function normally now. Thank you Erin.

This is such an oldie but a goodie. I do this one often and it's really helped to identify when tension is starting and how to make sure that the tension in my neck/shoulders doesn't run its course, willy nilly!
Been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a couple years now and this is the best video out there. Experienced pain relief 5 minutes into the video. Will plan to end my evenings with this session.

Well, I’m just getting back at incorporating exercise and stretching into my daily routine and haven’t done yoga practice in a long time. I even trained to be a basic instructor at a YMCA. I should have been doing it and then I wouldn’t have all the pains and headaches over the last few years... I realized that even though I have released a lot of tension, there are still some very stiff areas I have to work on when I tried to to some of these poses. I confess I wanted to give up, but I did my best and will continue to work on it. I have to admit that I did feel a little better when she admitted she had a tight, uncomfortable area in her shoulders, like she’s human just like the rest of us. I liked that. I will use this video regularly. Thanks!

thank you very much. I was feeling a lot of tension and pain in my upper back and during this practice i felt the pain and the temperature moving from my upper back out. Now i am more relaxed. I still feel my upper back getting hot but i know it's a sign of releasing. Thank you another time.
I've done this video 3 days in a row now because I carry a lot of tension in my upper body. These exercises really help to release a large part of it. You explain things very clearly and that's extremely helpful, thank you!
I work at a desk and carry my tension in my neck and shoulders. I am also recovering from a bike accident in which my body really clinched these areas. I should do this practice everyday. My headache is gone, I'm not in perma frown from neck pain... So glad you are back and sharing more practices, although I have favorites I go back to all the time (this one being a must). Wow! I just started massage school and UPS truck loading, and my body has been getting tense in my back. I just did your lower back pain, upper back pain, and this video and I've felt a good release from a pain I wasn't sure how to get at. I've done Ana Brett's Kundalini yoga videos for 6 years, and this is one of the first times I've ventured out from her teachings and not been disappointed. Thank you.
