wow this was incredibly challenging but the end result is ✨️✨️✨️ seconding the request/idea above RE class for tight muscles. i feel chronically sore, even though i have a daily yoga practice. thanks to this video, my hips feel so open now!! appreciate you guiding us through this and thank you for all the qork you put into these!
Thank you! Can you do Yoga for Beginners with Tight and Stiff Muscles? I'm so inflexible right now. I've lost my youthful flexibility and would love to get it back. I just can't go as low as you do. Thanks.
@@ShaunnekaHewitt it’s not really about the length of the holds if I can’t reach a position where it creates and stretching effect or am I wrong? For example if I can’t bend the body forward at all, how is it gonna stretch when I’m kind of neutral or even bend back. Guess I gotta start with easier ones or use a block. :)

Didn’t even make it into one of the poses so I sadly had to give it up
I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried my seated practices? The holds are a lot shorter. 3 to 5 breath holds at most.
