    Good information, thanks for your explanation! I also have both camera's you noticed. Their great working horses and never let me down, especially the 5D mark iii. I'm a wildlife photographer in Europe and the quality results of the picturing are fantastic! My 7D is a back-up and is also a great camera!

      I wasn't trying to be kind, I was sitting on the fence about buying a Mark III. Your video helped me to make up my mind and buy one. Photographers need to inspire each other.

    I think 5D mark III will be a great camera for a professional works next 6-7 years

      Rufat, I agree. I think I will eventually switch to a mirrorless camera in the Canon R series, but I still rely on my 5DM3 and will for a long time. Talk about a dependable camera...

    well i was use to taking pictures only on my phone i never use the camera before so my uncle gave me his old camera a canon 400d 10.1 megapixel and i was using that and i learn the camera and i took some great shots. but then i realize my pictures wasn't looking sharp like the girl pictures who lived next door to me. i was using the tamron 18-200 lens that came with the camera and i notice in low light situations the camera didn't take a good picture and i had the iso at the max which was 1600. the camera don't record video and i notice all of this by using another camera that excels in everything that's what i meant by that. what i meant to say was i wanted a camera with a better auto focus and better in low light and can record video when i want to do that. a couple of people told me to go full frame and look at the canon 5d mark 3 and the canon 6d mark 2 i just want to choose between the ywo and call it a day lol.

      big cliff, the 400D is a decent but it's an entry level camera. If you want a more pro-like camera to get good shots in low light a used 5D Mark III or Mark II may be the way to go. You will also be able to use your Tamron lens, which is a plus. Neither camera body is cheap, but you get what you pay for. A 5D Mark II body goes from in between $500 - $600. A 5D Mark III goes for for around $1,200 which is a lot more expensive. I'm looking at prices on keh.com. For low light, it's hard to beat a 5D Mark III, but the Mark II does very well.

      @@jeffstefan3027 thanks man i'm going to buy that camera body with the 24-70mm lens and then i want the canon 80d and for my 400d i want to get the 17-55 and see how good my pictures come out

    i love your video and i want to know where do you print your pictures at after you take them i go to walgreens and some of the pictures doesn't come out good like i want them so i wanted to know is their a place where i can print them out the way i took them. cause they look good after i enhance them but still come out bad so can you help me out

    • @jeffstefan3027
      @jeffstefan3027  4 года назад +1

      big cliff, I print my own photos. I have an older Canon Pixma printer. They start at around $70 but you would be better off getting a slightly more expensive model. I process my shots in Lightroom, Photoshop and recently Affinity Photo. You can print from these applications or just turn them into jpegs and print them with other applications. Getting a decent inkjet printer is not a huge investment. That couple with decent photo paper (buy at Staples, etc.) you can get the prints to come out the way you like them. I hope this helps.

      @@jeffstefan3027 i print the pictures 4x6 to put in my photo album. i go to walgreens to print my pictures but it doesn't come out the way i want them to come out. i have a photo enhancer on my laptop to brighten the picture and when i print it sometimes it comes out good and sometimes it doesn't so i'm wondering do i need a better lens and a better photo shop

    This camera is lacking in so many modern settings, but there is nothing out here that is replicating its unique image capture. Everything Sony, Leica, Lumix and Fuji make has a look that is a cheap LUT away from replicating.

    Looking at your lens I can yell you only use that 24-70

    • @jeffstefan3027
      @jeffstefan3027  2 года назад

      Avindra, I use the 24-70 most of the time, but I also use a 50 and 35mm fixed lens. I also use an 85mm f1.8 fixed lens a lot, but I really like the quality and flexibility of the 24-70. Very perceptive of you!
