Honestly the first year is always the hardest. Second you have repeat customers that share via links or word of mouth.
People is the best free advertising you can get if they truly like the product.

Yes they're pretty hefty, but you need to remember each sale includes delivery as well. If I were to post it my self it would cost about £4 a parcel.
