I've known Heart as a band and this song since forever in my 30 years of existence (as of this writing) but I've never really cared or been curious to search for their live concerts (because I already think their studio recordings are perfect as is) until I was listening to Alone today and thinking if they had acoustic version of it. Then I found this video. I almost cried at the adlib at 2:34. It's just beautiful. I know there are a lot of singers at that age that can still slay it but Ann's singing here is just as beautiful as she was in her prime.
