    Well done video even with the frame...don't pay attention to those with the negative comments, some people just have nothing else better to do than to try to make others feel bad. I can't wait to try your recipe, just need to buy the white beans. Thanks for sharing 😊

    • @thespaniardskitchen9772
      @thespaniardskitchen9772  7 месяцев назад

      @clairewyndham1971 you could use thyme. It goes well with beans but not sure if the thyme-garlic mix would match. You can omit it altogether but the flavour won’t be the same. ☀️

      Savory! Paired with garlic great for beans. Summer savory is more delicate, winter savory more pungent. Both very good, especially fresh from the garden.

    Spanish recipe with no-olive oil ? Is it some kind of "metamodern" nightmare ? A Greek friend, Demetrios Maniates.

    • @thespaniardskitchen9772
      @thespaniardskitchen9772  7 месяцев назад +2

      @user-zh7bn1cv6v Hi Demetrios, thank you for pointing this out. I just realised I have not mentioned the type of oil used for the garlic and basil mix. It is indeed olive oil. I use avocado or coconut oil for frying and olive oil for anything “en crudo”. I’ll amend the ingredients to show it is olive oil. Sometimes my brain malfunctions 😅I love your “metamodern nightmare” comment by the way.
