    Just found your videos and I love them. The music is fab, you don't speak in an over the top voice or in a patronising tone and the yoga is fantastic. Your voice is so soothing. Too many videos on RUclips are too cheesy for me, yours are just fabulous. Thank you.

    I have a neuromuscular massage this afternoon and I usually don't do anything before I go, but I just did this short but wonderful practice. I'm sure my therapist will appreciate it ;)

    Amazing class again, Maris. I haven't tried your restorative classes before. Just experienced this one after the short and sweaty with the tricky transitions :) and I feel just fantastic. I feel energy flowing in new ways. Thank you for all you bring. Your guidance and reminders are priceless, as is your pacing, tone, and warm attitude.

    Fab! Now if you could do a slower, much longer version of this (just hitting first edge when time to move to next pose). Not a fan of hitting Pause and rarely convenient to do so. :)

    Nice mixture from challenging stretches and relaxing positions.
    Bending over while the legs split is not working for me, I am not getting close to the bolster.

    Thank you so much for the great video. I have been practicing for 2 years... But I was in a motor vehicle accident three weeks ago and this was my first time getting back on the mat. Your encouragement was very helpful for me... I needed to remember to be gentle with my recovering body! :)

    Looks nice, but seeing that your body is small and compact there's no way i can do the same with my longs legs. I would force myself pushing my hip on the bolster. Would be nice if you include that in your explanation:that people have different lengths and could harm them selves trying to do the same.

    What are the dimensions for that type of bolster.
    I came across 2 that have same simensiona but weigh differently, one weighed 6lbs and the another 9 lbs. Does it make a difference?

      I believe it is a variation of child's pose. I love teaching this stretch!

    No idea what I'm supposed to do and feel in these poses. I wouldn't recommend it!
