      yes, please! i just bought your book after following along with this class. i felt wholly invited to a surprisingly moving experience, and your words and movements deepened my understanding of what it means to be present, mindful, and welcoming. my body and mind and soul felt cleansed afterwards. i even cried a bit at the end when you mentioned honoring the “realized beings” that brought us this practice. this was my very first restorative yoga experience. from the bottom of my heart: thank you 🙏

    Thank you so much Caren for this lovely practice! I find myself coming back to it a couple times a week as I’m dealing with Long Covid.
    I would really appreciate it if you could answer one question for me: whenever I’m in child’s pose for some time I feel my feet starting to tingle. Does this indicate I should maybe add more props or is that normal? I can rest my bum on my feet and my belly on the bolster comfortably without feeling any strain in my muscles.

    • @carenhope
      @carenhope  Год назад +1

      I’m glad this is helpful for you! Tingling is a normal response to blood flow restriction in the feet from the ankle position in Supported Child’s Pose. Try rolling a blanket and resting both ankles on top of that instead. There’s an illustration of this in my book.
