28 MInute Yin Yoga with a Bolster

- This is a 28 minute yin yoga class. For the class, you'll need a bolster or something similar to a bolster like a couch cushion or a really thick blanket. Get creative, use what you have, go grab it, and give this video a try. Yin is a slow practice - you won't be moving a whole lot - you'll be very passive in each pose, and it's great for flexibility.

Haven’t done yin in a few years and this is just the session to help start back up my practice. Thank you ❤❤
What a lovely, relaxing practice :) I wanted to get on my mat today but I have my period and I also have a cold, so I really needed something that would be gentle and relaxing. This was just perfect. I also really enjoyed that heart opener at the beginning, I feel like it was so good for my neck! I've been working on my laptop a lot lately and feel like I'm always looking down at it, so stretching my neck in the other direction really did me good.
Thank you so much Candace. I love your video.s. Namaste
Just what I needed today. Thanks Candace
You're so welcome! Thanks for practicing w me
Thank you Candace :) its amazing. I love that you are silent in the Asana - the Spirit can totally relax
Very gentle relaxing practice, thank you. it's going to be a weekly practice for me.
Day 10 of yoga, meditation and journaling. I feel restored and so relaxed. Thank you!
I just bought this rect. bolsters and love your tips. Thank you.
This was just what I needed! And I learned some things about how to use my bolster that I didn't know - never thought to turn it on its side. Thank you, Candace!
Thank you Candacea, I really enjoyed this practice😊❤❤
I really liked this. I have one knee that doesn’t bend very well since 3 surgeries and injuries. This bolstered child pose was the first time I could hang out without pain! Thankyou!
AWESOME! So happy to hear that. Yes, in ANY yoga video, always feel free to use a prop to help accommodate whatever your body needs.
I really enjoyed this practise! After recovering from surgery it was my first time to get back on the mat. Very gentle way to get back into my daily practise. Thank you Candace!
Aw that's great, wishing you a speedy recovery!!
Nice practice. I was going to try to do 40 minutes on something else, but it proved too taxing after being sick tonight. This was juuuu-uuust right. Liked the change of finishing in Child's Pose. Thanks! 🌵💗
So glad this felt good for you, Melinda!
Just what I needed today. 🌸 Thanks Candace 🌸
Wonderful. Thank you

Hi Candace, thank you for this gentle session. x
Great class, Candace! I really loved it. Thank you! :)
loved it
Is there a reason for silence while we are holding the poses? I have always had some music. Just wondering.
What is the brand of the bolster you're using? I'd like to buy the same one. Thank you!
Thank you Candace! ❤️
Thank you...🌱🙏
Nice one, thank you!
Hi there. love this sequence, do you have one at the same pace with a focus on upper shoulders and back?
Hi a roller foam does work for this? At least for laying down on the back position for the upper back and shoulders? Thanks in advance
Yeah totally - just maybe cover it with a thick towel or blanket if it doesn't feel great
Is the app not available for the U.S.
We had to delete the app but we're making a new one and it'll be available in Sept!
Hey Candace! Just wondering-- Do you have a mic attached to you?
Yep!
Ernsthaft?? Jemanden zuzugucken wie er sich nicht bewegt???
You don’t give any options for people who can’t do pigeon pose 👎🏻
A waste of time.
This really slow style of practice is excellent for releasing tight fascia which is what's generally responsible for tightness and the feeling of being inflexible. Sounds like it just wasn't for you.
Oh oh oh, way to long in pigeon pose. 4 minutes is very uncomfortable for that pose. :( I don't feel good .
I think it's personal, I loved it. You can always come out of a pose earlier!
One of my least favourite poses as well but I push myself to stay as long as possible and it does get easier the more you do it! If it hurts, it shows us that we need the stretch :)
Thank you! 😊
