This was just what I needed tonight! It perfectly stretched out my back and chest after weight lifting geared toward those muscle groups these past couple days, and relaxed me and prepared me for bed.

I've been having bad pain in my left side of my neck/shoulder and these 1st and 2th video were awesome. Especially lying on the bolster with the blanky pillow made me smile like a baby. This doesn't happen to me often, pure bliss.. thanks so much Sarah :)

This was incredible. Thank you. I have a bulged disk in my cervical spine, so I deal with neck pain and nerve issues in both my arms. This is exacerbated by my work as a teacher. I spend long hours at the computer. These stretches were great. I felt my nerves come back to life as we did the threading the needle and laying back on the bolster
Just what I needed rn😄! Being indoors is causing me to sleep more/longer than I would like, resulting in frequent back pain😩😭😢. I’m going to have to do deep slow stretches 2x a day to keep me up, and feeling better👍. Thank you💕.
You are amazing, I've been doing your Yoga routines and repeating a lot every day for about a month now and I'm seeing HUGE improvements on what my body can do for me. I have a knot of muscle on my shoulder/back that aches from working out yesterday(I'm all flabby lol). This helped a bit.. but I'm still a tad sore. It certainly is appreciated though

Not much movement as normal sequence..but this one is great. Deep stretch along with breathing I felt I am really into it. Didn't feel the time running, only thought about it in deep stretching with bolster in back.. Loved this routine.. and no "keep flowing yogis" in this..😋
This was a beautiful practise. Thank you Sarah Beth. Quick question - I’m just unable to do the cactus arm side stretch. My arm just does not budge and I end up not being able to lift my body at all in this stretch. I’m not sure why. I end up having to put my arm all the way down my side and that is the only way I’m able to lift my body to do this side stretch. Is that unusual?
thank you. i am studying for the bar exam and havent been able to concentrate because of pain in my upper back and neck. this is helping. can you give some advice as to how i should sit when studying for 10-12 hours per day?
carmonkey I've learned that it's very beneficial to get up at least once an hour. Have you heard of Pomodoros? I do something similar, I work for 45 minutes at a time then take a quick break to stretch, drink water, etc. When you do sit, feet flat, hips even, low back supported (might need to place a small cushion under your hips) spine tall, neck above shoulders (NOT "head forward" that will definitely cause issues down the road) Above all of that I believe the micro breaks or even switching back and forth to a standing desk would be your best route for that much studying. You're a trooper!

Can you release a deeper stretch for the upper back and chest I really couldn't get a good stretch or release even when I took the advise you have for deepening the stretch

wow... cactus arms was almost impossible! I had tight muscles where I didn't even know I had muscles
