It certainly is a lifestyle. I follow a certain routine as well but what I realized is your heaviest meals are earlier. I may have to switch mine around. I dislike the amount of chewing I have to do by 9pm. Dinner becomes a chore.

It’s because the k/potassium of the banana throws off the chemical composition of other fruits with lower acidity
I haven’t come across that. I’d be curious to see the numbers, aside from that, I do recommend the banana for flavor and it’s a good way to get some extra carbohydrates.

Yeah Dr. Rhonda Patrick talked about it. The banana reduces the mental benefits that the blueberries offer to your brain. She said “I use to add bananas to my smoothies years and years ago, like 10 years ago or something. I liked the banana because it also made it more creamy. This is before I started doing the avocado. Yeah, it’s not that bananas are bad for you but they have this enzyme in them called polyphenol oxidase, as the name implies, it breaks down polyphenols which is what you want from the blueberries to get the benefits in the brain.”

Wonder how many calories he is getting and protein intake. I 6'5 and im stuggle to get big currently. I used to be 225lbs lean w/muscle but i was eating 4 giant meals. Now im 205 and eat 2 breakfasts rice+chicken brunch, then lunch and then dinner and I'm struggling now

To the other comment, separating bananas by a good 2 hours from other fruits specifically berries (whose compounds of polyphenols are essential for the GOOD bacterial gut flora of Akkermansia and Faecali Prausnitzii). Eating bananas with blueberries negates the benefits of eating those fruits. I like to do bananas for carbs as you mentioned before or after workout with rice cakes. Blueberries by the handful anytime I go to the fridge later in the day or at night after dinner.

Do you season your food at all? Does seasoning your food with tasty seasonings like Creole,Accent, or any other seasoning with moderate sodium mess up fat loss?
Sodium is only bad if you are somebody with a low metabolism and retain a lot of water , if you have a fast metabolism you can get away with a little more sodium then the average person since you don’t hold on to water as much
